Thank you for your comment, you are the first renters that are complaining that there are too much utensils in the kitchen, we prefer that our customers do not need to buy other equipment for just one or two weeks use. When customers stay 14 days we do an extra cleaning if wanted, you stayed a little less so it was not foreseen. We have apple tv, IPTV, netflix etc on our TV but yes you need your apple ID and netflix ID if you want too chose other programs then those provided with our account. Concerning the alarm, this is not working when renters are present, you need a special remote to put it on and we put this remote away when customers are present so there are no false alarms, the surveillance is done by Securitas direct a very serious company, for the sun umbrella we had a message from our friends living only 50m away that they were open in the night and that there was some bad weather coming, so I send you a whatsapp asking the pay attention to it. Most customers like our help and communication. But we will try to pay a little more attention to your remarks.
