Apartment was fine. It is on the second floor no lift. The veranda/balcony was fine but it's on a busy road and very noisy! So if you want peace and quiet...Shops were walkable but hilly. We didn't go into the pool, its a 5 minute walk. The Tv is mainly for German and Spanish-speaking people, not for people coming from the UK. Only BBC world news and Sky news

Hello, in the description was the distance to the beach. The Television has spain programms. Only switch from hdmi... The discripion was in the living-room.

La location était conforme à l'annonce idéalement située entre trois golf et à proximité de belles plages nous avons passé un excellent séjour . L'accueil par conny est très chaleureux à l'arrivée

Not that I had expected(((
Summer is the season for relaxation. BUT! You can not relax without: 1. Conditioner in 38 degrees. The existing one is not working properly. You wake up sweating((( 2. Pillows. I had to buy 2 because those were awful 3. The clean sofa and covers. Those were never cleaned. 4. 50 kw included in a week is NOTHING. We had to pay for other 100! Though we used a conditioner only for 2 hours in the middle of the day. Never rent it again.

Unfortunately, there are people you would rather not have as guests in your apartment. Unfortunately, these guests were such ones. Every day was only complained. Nothing was good enough, although the apartment was rented very cheap. All listed positions of the guest are in a reasonable condition. Air conditioning was brand new. Please do not come back next year. Thank You.

Gut und günstig zum Übernachten - leider nicht für mehr
Das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen und notwendige Erneuerungen mit Ausnahme einer neuen Waschmaschine fehlen. Auf dem uralten Schlafsofa kann man nicht sitzen, die Stühle gehen nach vorne abwärts - wohl ein Produktionsfehler - und damit auch nicht bequem. Betten und Ausstattung Küche ist OK. Alt, mit teilweise abgebrochenen Griffen, aber voll funktionsfähig. Die Reinigung für 70 € kein Schnäppchen zumal nicht wirklich super sauber, eher mittlerer bis unterer Standard bei Fewos. Insgesamt bekommt man das, was man bezahlt - vergleichbare Objekte kosten ja auch gerne mal das Doppelte. Von daher gut für das die kleine Geldbörse.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Möbel sind zwischenzeitig ausgetauscht worden. Die Reinigungskraft ist normalerweise die Zuverlässigkeit in Person und sehr sehr gründlich. Leider habe ich keine Information von Ihnen erhalten, was konkret da bemängelt wurde.

Séjour agréable
Location agréable dans l'ensemble. Cependant, quelques appareils comme le frigo ou le lave linge sont en mauvais état. La route devant l'immeuble est assez bruyante entre 8h du matin et pratiquement minuit. La climatisation installée uniquement dans la pièce principale ne permet de rafraichir que modérément les 2 chambres. En raison de la chaleur de ce mois d'aout, la terrasse sur le toit n'a que peu d'intérêt en dehors de faire sécher les serviettes de plage. La piscine commune est très bien et très propre, il y a peu de monde avant 12h le matin et après 18h le soir.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Wohnung
Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Wetter war grandios und wir haben oft im Pool gebadet. Die Wohnung war super und sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt dort mehrere super Strände. Ach das Einkaufszentrum Zenia ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne nächstes jahr wieder.

Schöner Urlaubsort, gerne wieder
Es war wirklich ein schöner Urluab für uns. Es gab dort so viele tolle Strände, so dass wir fast jeden Tag an einem anderen Strand gefahren sind. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Auch das nahegelegende Zenia Einkaufszentrum haben wir oft aufgesucht. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sicherlich nächstes Jahr wieder. Familie Bachmeier...
