Wonderful holiday
Villa is in a superb quiet location. Shops bars and beach 15 min walk away. We hired acar so used this to go to the beach as it was hot. All the facilities were great with a large tv in lounge with English tv. Garden was lovely with lots of seating area so could alternate between sun and shade. I would definitely recommend the villa. Emma the key holder was great. The only negative i would have on our stay was that the seat covers around the table on patio outside were very worn. And the bbq was dirty so we didnt use this. Also as previously stated in reviews it would be good if the owner noted how to use appliances. We struggled with tv volume which we did eventually resolve. Overal an amazing stay.

Bonne location dans l'ensemble.
Une maison très agréable proche de la piscine pour les enfants. Nous avons été a pied a la plage de la zénia en 15 min.et proche du grand centre commercial la Zénia 15 min . Nous avons tout fais à pied durant ce séjour. Attention a l'équipement vaisselle... Un peu juste même a 5 . Et malheureusement pour le propriétaire la location n'était pas propre nous avons du re-nettoyer la vaisselle (casserole et tasse, bol pas laver remis dans les placards comme ça .)

Lovely La Zenia
We have enjoyed 3 glorious weeks at this property in the baking temperatures - very sad to be going home. Firstly, I can't say enough positive things about Emma - the key holder and contact. She was so helpful, accommodating and friendly - absolutely top notch! Secondly, the house is lovely - great corner location with lots of outdoor space. Because you are in the corner nobody is walking passed and you feel secluded - perfect. Now for the negative. Most of these reviews suggest that local amenities are no more than 10 minutes walk. I don't know who these people are but they must be athletes! The boulevard is approx 20 minutes walk and the beach is the same. In 40 degrees it's quite a trek. The nearest supermarket is approx 15 mins walk away and there is nowhere closer to get essentials. When we booked for 3 weeks our plan was always to alternate - one night out and one night at the house having a bbq hence why we wanted the generous outdoor space. On arrival however, the bbq advertised had no gas bottle! A bit of an issue. We were told it must have been stolen and we would have to remove it at our own cost! I think when you have paid over €2500 for accommodation that was a little rich. Our other concern was that there is no information at the property for visitors on how any appliances work! All in all a great stay - would return as a great holiday.

Hi Debbie, Thank you for your review on our villa and your holiday. Emma as you have suggested is a great key holder and we are very pleased to have her onboard as nothing is to much trouble. Just so you are aware there are closer shops near to the horse sanctuary which can supply you with all your essentials. ( I apologise for not leaving information in the villa regarding this) The gas BBQ is for holiday guests but as it states in the information that the gas has to be purchased by the guest. ( obviously not very helpful to you if bottle was stolen and to that I apologise) I have taken onboard your comments. Fabulous property
We so enjoyed our stay here. Emma our contact was fantastic. Clear and quick to respond to any messages or queries. House was spotlessly clean and it was great to not have to transport towels and beach towels with us! The outside space was great. So many seating options and sunloungers for the 6 of us to choose from. Very peaceful area with no cars nearby which made for a good night's sleep. Aircon in master bedroom was good to cool the room down and the bed in there was very comfortable. 15/20 minute walk to Zenia Boulevard which we love as a family. This property is highly recommended!

Fantastic Holiday Villa
Having stayed in the close area many times before we knew the location of this Villa. It's a 10-15 minute walk from a great selection of bars/restaurants. De Bassus and Paddy's Point being the best imo. The villa was very clean, extremely well equipped and amazing outside space. Craig has been a pleasure to deal with, thanks for helping us have another great holiday in La Zenia. Also Emma the key holder was very good, she even stayed late when we was delayed with our transfer from the Airport and helped with directions to the villa.

Holiday Stay
Fantastic location, handy for all shops, stores, bars and beech, nice quite area and with 3 swimming pools within a couple of minutes walk from the property, we cannot wait to return.

Great villa, everything you need!
Great outdoor space, lots of extras provided, beach towels, pool toys, deck chairs. Good space inside which has everything you need. Only gripe is the bbq, as it wasn't clean so didn't use it, which was a shame due to the lovely outside space.

Lovely Property in Prime Location
Just had a 7 day stay in this rental. Lovely property, with everything you need, and in a perfect location, meaning we had not much use of the rental car. Craig the owner was very easy to contact throughout from booking to leaving. Karen also, very accommodating and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again. Thank You.

Fantastic outside space plenty of sunlongers would recommend hiring a car.
Host was amazing with communication sorted everything out for us nothing was too much trouble had a chilling holiday.

Excellent outdoor spaces
First time to La Zenia and this property is in a great location for beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also use of 2 swimming pools. We did not have a car and certainly did not need one. We messaged the owner and he give us a contact number for transfer from/to airport which worked really well. Different outdoor seating areas were excellent and also a gas bbq. The open plan kitchen is on the small side but it had all the appliances in place.

La Zenia holiday

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home, Karen the host was amazing nothing was to much bother for her even did a shop for us before we arrived as or a rival was late at nite, even kept in contact through out our stay. Terrific outside space in ideal location
Stayed in this lovely apartment for 11 nights in July and it was ideal for us. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival, but the real highlight was the outside space available. Although set in an urbanisation, it's location is quiet,has a private pathway to its' front gate and is only 30 metres from a lovely pool. Enjoyed most nights chilling on the front terrace watching the sunset. The location of the villa was ideal for us as we do a lot of walking so the short walks into La Zenia (10 mins) and Cabo Roig (15 mins) was no problem. Enjoyed the coastal walks to Torrevieja (8 km) and Mil Palmeros (10km) and took a taxi to Villamartin (approx 6/7 Euros) on a couple of occasions. Would like to thank Craig and Kerry for allowing us to stay here and would hope to return soon. Melv, Bedfordshire

Stayed in Craig's villa for 7 days over Christmas. Wonderful, lovely villa with exceptional outside areas. Everything you could want was already thought off. 3 comfortable bedrooms, cosy lounge with good sofa. Large screen TV with the bonus of free WiFi and Netflix. Only a short walk to nearest bars and amenities. Karen the key holder met us at the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Karen. Lovely, comfortable villa.
We spent a very enjoyable week in this lovely villa. It was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The furnishings inside and out were very good quality.The outside space was beautiful and immaculately clean with plenty of space to relax. Although we had a very late arrival, Karen was waiting for us with keys and showed us around the property. She was kind enough to supply us with milk, water and bread as the shops would have been shut when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property.

SEJOUR PLUS QU'AGREABLE !
Nous avons réservé cette maison, un peu en urgence suite à annulation d'un précédent propriétaire sur le site Abritel ; Le contact avec Craig, le propriétaire s'est très bien passé. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de découvrir une maison fonctionnelle avec des équipements neufs avec un état de propreté irréprochable. L'accès à la piscine est quasi immédiat, avec un entretien quotidien et un espace verdoyant très plaisant. La mer est proche, à peine 5 minutes en voiture, et l'accès aux commerces est facile 20 minutes à pied. Un grand merci à Karen, notre hôte ainsi qu'à son mari pour leurs délicates attentions. En quelques mots, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle région. Alors il n'y a plus à hésiter !

The villa was excellent a good base for a family holiday
When we arrived we had no problems. Craig the owner was excellent and very helpful informing us where to go etc. The villa was great with good facilities and close to the pools which always helps. Only thing was I would advise anyone with a family to hire a car as there is a good walk to anywhere you want to go - even to buy food! We have 3 boys and I have to say they all enjoyed it and the boulevard was great!
