We were only there for a few hours as we had a super early flight out of MCO. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff is exceptional and we plan to return to this location when we are in the area.

Proximity to the airport and restaurants we could walk to. The good breakfasts. The tables to sit at during the day. Cleanliness of the room and public spaces. The friendliness of the staff. The Donald Duck voice by Donald who took us to the airport. No problems or complaints.

The hotel says in its advertisement that it offers free shuttle services from the Orlando airport to the hotel. When I called from the terminal, the person of the hotel asked how fast I could be outside. I said that I could be outside in 2 minutes. Hence, I was told to go outside and wait at the bus stop of the hotel. After 15 minutes I called the hotel again and they said I should be patient, it would only be another 5-10 minutes. After again 15 minutes, I called again and heard that the shuttle would come in 5 minutes. It actually then cam 10 minutes later. The hotel room was clean, but with very old furniture and somewhat run down. The hotel is good for one night if you some in late and continue the next morning. However, if you do not have the patience to wait for the shuttle and endure all the excuses, then probably it is better to take Uber to the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel if you have a stopover in Orlando and need a place near the airport. There are at least 5 restaurants around the area within a 5 minute walk. It feel safe! And the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport is a bonus. Shout out to Donald who drove us from the airport to the hotel!

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was professional and helpful, perfect. Except for one person at the front desk. She is slim, latina, proficient bilingual english/spanish, young woman, worked the afternoon shift, but had a terrible attitude, like the guests were an inconvenience, all while fake smiling. She rolled her eyes when I forgot my room number. Scheduling a ride back to the airport was like pulling teeth, like I was annoying her. Poor hospitality. She needs to find another type of work instead of diminishing the experience of guests at your otherwise nice hotel.

Very clean! And the airport is incredibly close and I watched planes land I didn’t hear them at all in the room. Super easy to drive to. Airport hotels aren’t my favorite, but this is worth staying at even if your doing the parks.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times for our vacation and love everything about it. Safe area , restuarants are within walking distance, complimentary breakfast is wonderful, rooms are clean and bed is comfortble.

Arrived way before check in and they held our luggage and gave use a key card to the outdoor area. Not 15 minutes later they were able to get us into a very nice room. You opened the room door and you could smell how clean it was.
