I would give it a 5 but I rented this place for many reasons, the place just need a little more TLC.1 - Dining table shows 10 chairs, there were only 6 chairs and our family was party of 10 adults, we couldn't sit all together. 2 - Tiles around the pool table were broken, there was no chalk for the sticks, and the sticks were kind of broken/bent3 - the Hockey game and there isn't one4 - however, Jose was amazing as a hostess.

Ideal space for multiple families

The place was perfect for what we needed. Was able to host a family dinner as well as get to the parks we wanted to within 30-40 minutes. Having multiple rooms with a king size bed was a must and these rooms were nice and spacious. Would recommend and would stay here again.

It's disappointing there are not samples of items like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags under the sink. At least sets to get started. A hotel provides basics. Most people bring their own toiletries so you get off the hook there. However, basics to get started on kitchen stuff and toilet paper would be nice. We ran out of toilet paper. Also, there was a party to the house next to us that Saturday night with a prostitute being dropped off. Just FYI.

Nice house. But needs different items to make it better

Our family of 10 stayed in this house for seven days, and while the house itself and the community were fantastic, there were some issues that impacted our stay. The backyard pool was a definite highlight, and the proximity to Disney was a big plus. The house had ample space for everyone, which made it comfortable in terms of layout. However, we were disappointed by the lack of basic household supplies. We had to purchase our own toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and kitchen soap. Essentials like seasoning and baking dishes were also missing, which made running a household a bit challenging. To make matters worse, the water didn’t get hot at all, so washing dishes was difficult. Additionally, the furniture felt low quality, particularly the kitchen chairs, which we worried might break. The carpets could also use stretching as they were noticeably worn. In summary, while the house has great potential with its spaciousness, pool, and location, a few improvements—like providing basic amenities and addressing maintenance issues—would significantly enhance the experience.

Birthday Trip

House was clean and beautiful. It was exactly like the picture. Checking process very easy. Communication and neighborhood were good. House is not far from eating places and grocery stores. Rated our overall experience a 4 because we couldn’t get the Tv’s to work, no cable and the WI-FI was awful. Property manager said it was an outage in the area. But didn’t seems that way to us. The Wi-Fi was very very slow. If it was 5 or 6 in the morning it would work a little better. But after that no service. It appeared to us that it may not have been an outage, just the signal is weak. Maybe a higher signal Wi-Fi is needed. Could use a few more pots or bigger pots for a large family. Even though we had no tv’s to watch and no decent Wi-Fi we enjoyed our stay and the house. Would have given a 5 Star if the Wi-Fi worked especially if you have kids, for games or watched Netflix.

My experience

Everything for the most part was good only issues was a clogged toilet with doo doo still in it which makes me wonder was House throughly cleaned. And doorknob to bedroom loose but when I reported issues they came right out and addressed them. I appreciate the swift action but I would much rather arrive to a house that was fully cleaned made me wonder what else might not have been cleaned. Other then that enjoyed my stay.

Nice place with loud neighbors

Stayed 1 week with extended family for a Disney vacation. House and neighborhood are as advertised. Many of the nearby houses are also short-term rentals so street and driveways were crowded. Loud visitors/music at the next-door house kept us awake 1 night and diminished our enjoyment of the otherwise peaceful setting throughout the week.

This property is perfect for a big family! We all had a blast. The cleanliness could be better.

This property looks like the photos in the post. It is located in a NEW CONSTRUCTION area so a lot of work is being done surrounding the home. We still enjoyed the home. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable. The game room is great for a competitive family. The pool was nice and warm! We really enjoyed our stay. My only note is that the home could use a deep clean. Definitely should be more clean. There was a lot of dust all over the home and when the bedroom floors are carpet and there is dust everywhere it makes your sinuses act up. That is my only negative. Besides that, the home was fantastic!

Great house, may need some updates- carpet very worn, air hockey table didn’t work, had trouble with the grill, etc But overall, it was very comfortable for a large family, pool was nice and so was resort pool. I would stay here again.

Nice property

House was nice and spacious. However, there were a few things that were a little off: 1) The WiFi was HORRIBLE. It took us hours to get it to work. After several calls to the property manager (and I mean SEVERAL), the property manager ended up sending a technician to the house. 2) The pool heater took several hours to warm up the pool. They said it would take 1-3 hours, that wasn’t true. When it finally worked, the water wasn’t even warm. It was disappointing. 3) There was no functioning broom, just the bottom portion of it (the bristle part). The stick was missing, so we couldn’t sweep the floor. We had 5 kids and there were crumbs EVERYWHERE. 4) Dishwasher was broken (water was settled on the bottom of it ) 5) If someone took a hot shower upstairs, there would be NO hot water for someone to take a shower in the downstairs bathroom. Very annoying and uncomfortable. That said, The property manager was very attentive to all of the issues with the house and tried to accommodate my family. They just need to pay attention to little details concerning the house.
