Our villa has over 2950 square feet of living space for your comfort and sleeps 8 comfortably, It also benefits from having air conditioning so will remain at a constant temperature for you comfort.

Living Space

An area in which to relax and unwind after you hectic day at the theme parks, The main living area's are of an open planned design, and is spacious allowing that holiday feeling with everybody enjoying each others company

In the Living room it has a large 85” flat screen TV.
There are large comfortable sofas to relax on.

Double sliding doors that lead to the pool area from the living room.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you require and more fully equipped . i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Fridge, Dishwasher, Crockery and Cutlery, a double sink with waste disposal and breakfast bar & stools complimented by a breakfast table in the quaint ‘nook’ overlooking the pool.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with a King-size bed, ceiling fan, 42” TV, en-suite with double vanity basins, bath tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet with security safe for those valuables overlooking the main pool area. 2nd Master has a Queen side bed with ceiling fan flat screen TV en-suite toilet and vanity basin and shower The further 2 remaining bedrooms are twin rooms located between the bedrooms conveniently is a further bathroom with a toilet, vanity basin and bath and shower both include large screen TV’s.

Children's Den

The double garage has been converted into a games room with various games including Air hockey and a pool table and various toys for the pool. To ensure (if you have any energy left from a full day at the theme parks or shopping) the children are entertained.

Outside

Our wonderful 26' x 13' heated pool with night lighting, large extended east facing sunbathing area (sun-up to sun-down) fully screened for your comfort. High quality ‘Palm Court’ patio furniture, sun loungers and outside table seating for 10. As well as all this luxury you can also enjoy and relax in our spa and let those bubbles work their magic.

Just to let you Know Our Lovely villa is maintained by Homes of America Management. They are available during office hours to resolve any problems or questions that you may have about our home. They are on call 24hrs for any emergency.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
