This two-story townhouse at Hidden Forest, in Clermont, covers 1,852 square feet and sleeps eight in three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with a layout that works well for a family traveling with grandparents. One of the King bedrooms is on the ground floor, next to a full bathroom, so whoever prefers to skip the stairs never has to climb them; upstairs are the King master suite, with its own double-vanity bathroom, and the Mickey and Minnie room, where a triple bunk sleeps four and backlit silhouettes of the two glow on the wall. There are two places to gather: the open living, dining and kitchen area downstairs, and the upstairs loft with a sectional sofa and a second large TV, which is where the kids end up while the adults finish dinner. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the screened patio and the compact private pool, where the day winds down once the parks close.

You have exclusive use of the entire townhouse: the three bedrooms, the three full bathrooms, the living and dining areas, the kitchen, the upstairs loft, the laundry and the screened patio with the private pool and the grill. Entry is keyless, through a keypad lock on the front door, and there is outdoor parking in front of the home. There is an exterior security camera at the front entrance.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole townhouse belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the home with no front desk to stop at. Pool heating or a propane tank for the grill are requested through the booking conversation, with the advance notice given in the description, and check-out is at 10 am.

Hidden Forest is a community of two-story vacation townhomes in Clermont, in the Disney area of Central Florida, set on 30 acres beside a natural conservation area. The rows of white townhomes face parking lined with palm trees, and behind this row there is a lawn with oak trees and a tall hedge. The community is close to the west stretch of US-192, the road that connects this side of Clermont with Kissimmee and the Disney area.

A rental car is the practical way to get around from here, and there is outdoor parking in front of the home. The west stretch of US-192 is the nearby road toward Kissimmee, the Disney area and the shops and restaurants along the way, and rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
