  • Radhus 7 miles från disney beläget i det gated Regal Palms Resort som erbjuder 3 uppvärmda pooler, vattenrutschbana, lata floden, badtunna, arkad, gym, spa, restaurang och bar och mycket mer !! Hemmet har ett fullt utrustat kök och en förrätt med toalettartiklar. Perfekt för en helg eller en lång vistelse. Det är ditt hem hemifrån. Kontakta oss i förväg om du har några frågor eller behov så att vi kan försöka tillgodose det. Gästerna utnyttjar radhuset fullt ut. Alla bekvämligheter (pooler, lata floder, vattenrutschbanor, spa, spelrum och restaurang) ingår i $ 15 per dag (per enhet INTE per person) resortavgift som betalas direkt till orten vid incheckningen på ankomstdagen. Everything was fantastic! We were here for a softball tournament and we were 30 minutes from the fields but right next to Publix so anything we needed was just an unbelievably short drive away. We were able to go yo Disney Springs and also enjoyed a great dinner at The Wharf. I would absolutely come back here!

The townhouse was exactly as pictured! The property was very clean and the communication with the owners was amazing! I would recommend this property to any and everyone! I hope it’s available next year when we return to Florida!

It was about what you would expect for the price in a very popular area like Orlando. The property was definitely well used, things were broken and furniture was worn. But, it allowed us a place to sleep and the kitchen was stocked, it had towels and things which was nice. Not the cleanest we have ever stayed in, mold made one shower impossible to use. Host did respond quikcly to us, however.

We arrived at 9 PM, but unfortunately the owner had not informed the property manager and was unreachable. As a result, we were not allowed to enter the home, which was very inconvenient after traveling. Communication and coordination need significant improvement.

Overall, our stay was okay. The location was convenient, and the community amenities were excellent, well-maintained, and updated. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay, which we appreciated.The furnishings and decor in the unit were a bit older than expected, but everything was functional.Unfortunately, our experience after checkout was disappointing. We accidentally left a tablet behind and were initially told that one had been found. However, after we arranged for a family member to retrieve it, we were informed that it was actually the manager’s tablet and not ours. This was frustrating and left us uncertain about what happened to our device.Additionally, the host attempted to charge a 100 cleaning fee due to hair from our service dog. Service animals are not considered pets, so this charge felt inappropriate as we left the house in tip top shape.While the amenities and communication during our stay were positives, the post-checkout experience negatively impacted our overall impression.

Great Place

This was a return stay to the Regal Palms resort and we plan to return. This specific townhome was over all great and exactly what was needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was very easy and everything is well organized.

It was a wonderful experience. This was great person to rent from .They were very quick to get back to us when we had questions. the condo was very clean with higher end furnishings than expected. fully shocked rental. will be renting from them again.

Unit Requires Renovation

Unit is worn. Backdoor slider inoperable plus handle was broken. The left side blind on the slider was broken. The toaster really didn't work - very old. The safe in master closet was locked and couldn't be used during stay. The outlet strip and the lamp on the right side of the master bedroom didn't work. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned out upon arrival. We stayed in another unit in this development which wads in much better shape. The unit itself is roomy and good for a family if you are looking for the basics.

Enjoyed our stay, especially the pool!

Great pool area for the kids! We opted to skip a theme park for 1 day and just hang out at the pool.

Quiet and comfy

The condo was clean and cozy. Supplies were great. Everything you would need was at your fingertips. Just an FYI to future guests the pool is a pretty far walk. You will need to drive and park. Also, the pool was very crowded. Over all the condo was great!

Beautiful contemporary well kept townhouse! Had everything we needed even down to the spices! Conveniently located, and family friendly environment. Pool and lazy river just as described. Rachelle was great, friendly and easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again!👍🏽☺️

Amazing place to stay and minutes from Disney

Property was clean, quite, gated community, beds were very comfortable, fully furnished kitchen, basically home away from home. We will definitely be staying at one of this owners properties in the future because they are easy to contact, quick response, and care about your stay and enjoyment. They are amazing people to rent from compared to numerous other places we have stayed over the years and many trips to Disney and Universal.
