As this is a self-catering home, only a starter kit is provided:

Pool Heating (Optional)

• Available October–March for $45 per day
• Must be requested for the full stay
• Requires at least 72-hour advance notice
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Not available April–September
• Water temperature may vary when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F

Pool Service

• Pools are serviced every Wednesday
• The pool may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during cleaning
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures

Grill

• No grill onsite; rentals available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not on the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply

• Maximum of 5 vehicles per reservation

Very spacious

We enjoyed staying here. Everything was as stated in the description. Had a few issues, but the communication was great. Kitchen could be stocked a little better. More kids friendly dishes, more utensils, but overall a great place.

Great Home for the value

The house was amazing for our family stay—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for everyone. The private onsite pool was a big hit, and we were equally impressed by the community pool and lazy river, which offered even more fun for all ages.While Universal Studios is a bit of a drive, Disney is conveniently about 20 minutes away, making it an easy trip. The only downside was the check-in process at the gated community. Traffic tends to back up, and it can take around 10 minutes just to get through the entrance, which was a bit frustrating at times.That said, the home itself was excellent, and the whole family loved it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summer Staycation

We had lots of fun in the pool and all of our concerns were addressed immediately which were very few.I only wished that there were colored bath towels as well as white. We would definitely stay again.

Superb Hosts

We have spent two weeks at this house and couldn’t have asked for better hosts for our stay. They were on hand to answer any queries and the house was simply beautiful. We were gutted to leave but grateful for a 5 star experience

Spring break

First off the house itself had an amazing layout. It was clean and appeared just like the pictures showed. We did have some difficulties getting into the resort. Our name fell off the gate list. I contacted the owners and it was taken care of. We did not utilize the game room as the pool table looks like it was on its last leg and didn’t want to ruin it anymore. The air hockey table was not touched as it felt like it was going to break. The first morning there was water on the floor by the fridge. It was like it was defrosting. Ran the dishwasher once and it leaked as well so we we hand washed all the dishes. Normal wear on the appliances. Everyone loved the beds and said they were super comfortable. We utilized the clubhouse a couple of times. Kids enjoyed it. Having the heated pool at the house was nice after walking around Disney all day. Communication with the host was always super fast. I would recommend if you have kids that enjoy playing Xbox to bring extra controllers as they only have one. Just be prepared to wait to get into the resort. It was always backed up. Overall we would stay here again.

Rustig vakantie adres op 30 minuutjes rijden van Disney parks.

We hadden lekker de ruimte in het huis met voldoende kamers en een goede internet verbinding (glasvezel) in het huis. Het enigste min puntje wat we hadden is dat de foto’s van de woning al iets ouder zijn en de woning qua meubels en apparaten aan een vervang beurt toe zijn. Het contact met de Booming is echt superieur; reageren snel, vriendelijk en snel opgelost. Ook wordt er netjes gevraagd of men binnen mag komen als je niet aanwezig bent in het huis en dat wordt ook nagestreefd. We hebben er 5,5 tot 6 weken prettig verbleven en dat is langer dan de meeste mensen zullen doen, maar we hebben er van genoten. Voor onze volgende vakantie gaan we zekers weer voor een huis via Booming.
