This beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom villa has recently been renovated. From the moment you arrive at this bright and airy property with its beautiful contemporary interior, you will know that you have chosen something special.

Living Area – The bright and airy living room is located at the rear of the property. With it's tall ceiling and large windows sunlight floods through offering picturesque views of the private pool and spa making it the perfect social living area to catch up on the days events. The living area has a huge comfy wrap around sofa and single sofa, perfect for relaxing on to watching your favourite show on the huge 60" wall mounted TV. The ceramic tiled floor helps to keep the area cool during hot sunny days.

The Dining Area – The dining area is the perfect place for enjoying some home cooked meals on the evenings when you simply want to relax and chat about the day’s events and perhaps plan a few more adventures. Seating for 6.

The Kitchen – With it’s granite worktops this fully equipped kitchen is set up for all your needs, including a lovely breakfast area with table and chairs with direct access to the south facing pool deck through the patio doors.

Solana Resort is situated off Highway 27 (between the 192 and I4) and is less than a 20 minute drive from Disney with easy access via the new toll road and the even newer Disney West Gate Entrance. Sea World, Universal Studios and The I Drive area attractions are approximately 25 minutes’ drive away. You are also only minutes from Berry Town Centre on US 27 which houses a Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s Bar and Grill as well as numerous other shops bars and restaurants.
