    - Parking is free.
    - Vehicles parked on the street must face the correct direction (passenger side to curb) so as to not be parked against the flow of traffic.
    - Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, fire hydrants, mailboxes or any access points.
    - Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped areas.
    - Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is not allowed.
    - Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed.
    - Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
    - VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

    • THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
    We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
    Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

    • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
    1-Cost: $35 per day.
    2-Request 48 hours in advance.
    3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
    4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
    5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

    The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
    Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

    • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
    - Cost: $75 All Stay

    • TRASH DISPOSAL
    Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

    • HOUSEKEEPING
    There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

    • ONLINE PURCHASE
    If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
    Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
    In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
    Some resorts may not accept them.

The overall stay was good!! We had to deal with ants in the home for a day! They did send out someone to take care of the problem. The down stairs bedroom with the bunk beds was not safe for the children to stay in. The beds were damaged. The living room furniture needs to be cleaned and more presentable. And dust webs in the chandelier over the kitchen table. All the bed spreads need to be replaced they were very worn!!! But space was good! Other than that it was a good place to stay!!!

The shower was hot but by the end of my first shower my feet were standing in water and who knows what was floating in the water my feet were in. Gross, nasty! The host sent a handyman by 2 pm the 2nd day and plunged it. We sanitized afterwards. It backed up again our last day. The host patches problems instead of fixing them. We did not have enough towels, dishes, silverware for the capacity of the unit. Again by 2pm of our first day they supplied them all. The kitchen faucet came off in my hands. He rigged it by 2pm the next day, it broke a few days later. The electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work. They flipped the breaker and It tripped again by the next morning. There was a fault light that the handyman ignored when he flipped the breaker and so we left it off. The host offed to send someone however we did not want to waste a day waiting for them to come and try to rig it. We would have wasted another day of a six day vacation waiting for them to fix it. Host refused to move us or refund 1 day We did not want to waste another da waiting on his team to rig the problems. The faucet needs replaced and issues fixed. Host believes that since he addresses an issue in less than 24 hours that should be OK and he should get kudos for that. I content I did/ not get what I paid for and should get a refund. If those issues were fixed correctly to start they wouldn’t have happened and I would not have wasted a day of vacation waiting on them to rig it. Buyer beware!

The home was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and clearly very well maintained. The pool was a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos and may feel a little tight for the home’s full guest capacity, but it still worked well for our stay. Having access to the community’s resort-style pools during our stay, and even after checkout, was a huge bonus! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was responsive, helpful, and great to communicate with throughout my stay. The location was also extremely convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
