Nice Hous

Excellent stay. House had more pots and kitchen utensils than other homes. We still had to buy aluminum pans to make our casseroles. Beds were comfortable, no issues with water pressure. Nice clean pool.

It took close to an hour for the line to check in after driving all those hours, just for the side gate to be broken. I could have saved an hour. Lots of homeless in the area so we didn’t try the amenities outside of the home such as the lazy river and community pool. Anyone could come in the broken gates.

Some issues with Community

The condo itself was fine. Clean, well maintained, easy parking, and community pool/lazy river were all good. The gates to get into the community hardly ever worked and it took a lot of time to get into the community. Check in was horrible. Name wasn’t on the list so gate wouldn’t let us in. Took over an hour to get what we needed to get into the property. Probably will find somewhere else to stay in the future.

Good place but. Wed,Nov 27- sat, Nov 30

Good house for family vacation. Need some attention I waited for almost an hour at the main entrance to enter and check in. The manager of the house where I was going to stay forgot to send my information to the security gate and forgot to send me the QR code to show at the security gate. I called her and didn't answer that. So I entered through another gate that was open and gave access to the house. I took pictures of the house before checking in and saw that it had some damage. The next day I went to use the pool but I couldn't go in because it was dirty. I took a picture and sent it to the manager. As I said, the house is great, but they need to pay attention to cleaning the house and be more careful to send all the necessary information for check in to the guest and to the security gate.

Close to Disney

Pros: Great Location - only 15 minutes to Disney and close to many shops and restaurants. Small but nice heated pool on-site that can fit about 3-4 adults comfortably. Good sized rooms and bathrooms with washer dryer. Cons: Property Manager was initially responsive at check in, but after reporting a few minor issues, we never heard from them again. Unit needs a little TLC here and there, and would have been nice to have more fully stocked kitchen.

Great location to Disney!

Great location and very big! With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it was perfect! Took us only 15 minutes to get to Disney. Never tried the resort pool because the private pool was so convenient. Our door code was not right at check in, but a quick call to the manager and they were able to fix it efficiently. Overall a great experience and would love to stay here again!
