Our beautiful 5 bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious community of Sunrise Lakes, making this an ideal location for your dream Orlando holiday.

With over 3,045 sq ft of living space our two storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing.

The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms (comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults), 3.5 bathrooms.

The bedrooms are a King bedroom, a Full bedroom, a Queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

There are also two large separate dining areas, two seating areas downstairs (a spacious family room overlooking the pool area and a airy living room at the front of the villa)and a further seating area upstairs.

The large fully fitted kitchen means you can prepare everything from a quick snack to a full fanily meal if you wish.

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
