Staycation

My family was visiting from Pennsylvania for Easter and this place was very cute for our staycation! Loved the pool and how easy the check in was! It was hard to figure out the air situation but once I did it wasn’t a problem! Overall great place to rent if looking for a family friendly stay!

I don’t know where to start it was beautiful from the moment we walked in everything was close all the amenities we needed the pool was beautiful all the restaurants are within two or 3 miles I will definitely stay here again thank you very much

Beautiful home

The house was clean and spacious. House had everything we needed for our stay. The location is near many stores and restaurants. The communication with the owners were great. We all enjoyed our stay it felt like a home away from home. We definitely recommend this house and we will definitely rent again.

Great time in Kissimmee

We did a last minute VRBO because previous plans feel through. The five of us (including 3 teenagers) had such a great time. The place was clean and suited our needs (bedrooms for everyone and 3 bathrooms). The pool was clean, it had everything we needed. Clear instructions, lots of bedding and towels. The only thing we would have loved to see was a baking sheet! But maybe we just didn’t see it. Overall I would absolutely recommend this property.

Location was great! Not too far away from Disney nor restaurants. The beds were very comfortable!! The villa was just as described on the site and super comfy!! Our granddaughter LOVED the pool!! The host was great!! However, when we arrived, the door code wasn't working (after our scheduled check in time), which was very concerning as my husband and I needed to drop off our luggage before heading to the airport to pick up our kids/grandkids and have room in the rental vehicle for their luggage. I called and messaged the host; it took 40 minutes to receive a response. Since we couldn't access the villa and hadn't heard from the host, we decided to check the patio door. It was unlocked, which was how we were able to access the premises. We hadn't received a response from the host by the time we had to leave for the airport and didn't want to lock the front door in fear of it not opening when we got back. We chose to leave the patio door unlocked and our luggage unsecured to ensure we had the room for all of the other luggage. It wasn't until we were almost at the airport before the host responded. The only other issue was the Nest temperature control. There were no instructions provided on how to set the temperature. The villa got hot at night, making it impossible to sleep the first 2 nights. However, once my husband figured it out, the daily/nightly temps were comfortable. We would definitely book this villa again.

Nice

The villa was nice and had plenty of room for our family! However they did say only one camera by the door but there was a camera at the door, one on the side, and also one watching the pool which is the one that made me uncomfortable I don’t think someone needs to watch my kids play in the pool. Also there were no drain plugs to give small kids a bath and that’s very hard with a one year old! The house also won’t let the temp stay Below 76 degrees and I know it’s Florida but I’ve never stayed in a rental that doesn’t allow the air to be turned down it’s miserable trying to sleep ! The house though is very nice! Overall we enjoyed our stay

Pictures are somewhat accurate. Condo is decorated nicely. Over all the space is smaller than the pictures appear. Property feels a bit old and not as clean as we would have liked. King and queen beds were comfortable, others were not. Communication was good and helpful. Didn’t love the resort, much smaller and not as nice as the pictures made it look. Aldi and Walmart close by. Worked for us but wasn’t ideal.

This house was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool in the backyard was the best part. We wish we could have stayed longer and just spent time at the house. We didnt take advantage of any of the amenities but they looked nice. I would go here again for sure.

Beautiful and pleasant stay

had such a wonderful stay a this Villa! The communication with the owner and the check-in process was very pleasant! The house is super clean and the location was prefect! Just up the road was stores for our quick last minute things and also 15-20 min ride to the parks! We look forward to staying at this house again!! Thank you guys so much for the great first time family Disney experience a good My kids enjoyed the Disney room

You watch pool & they watch you

You cannot heat the pool at any price, despite them having a nice new heater- so you can’t enjoy it at a comfortable temperature. Also do you enjoy lounging in the yard with who knows who possibly watching/ recording you? Camera a feont & side ok but creepy pointed at pool deck area! We enjoyed pool area at the main complex though their heater was “ broken” as well.

Okay stay

It was an easy check-in but the host is definitely not reachable I called both numbers & also emailed & to this day haven't heard a response. The shower curtains were disgusting. They didn't leave additional garbage bags ( I mean we stayed for 4 days) with 7 people in the house of course there will be more than one bag of garbage. The pool wasn't clean. Overall our stay was OKAY not the best & def. wouldn't stay at this location again.

Nice Stay

The stay was great. The only complaints are that there was hairs found in the bed, probably from the cleaning crew because it wasn't like washed in with covers and that the basketball court isn't big enough for more than one family. Overall a great stay. I would book again definitely. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner was great too.

Overall Good Stay

Overall we had a great stay at this property. We went to every Disney park, all of which were about a 20 minute drive away. The pool was refreshing after walking around in the hot weather all day. The house was nice and clean besides some of the kitchen utensils and appliances. There was plenty of room if you have a large family. We didn't use any of the resort amenities so I can't speak to those but it was very nicely kept and was very quiet. The front desk employees and employees at the gate were super nice. Overall good place to stay.

Good for a short stay

We used this as our spot to stop and stay before moving forward to our ocean spot. I’d say there isn’t much to do besides go to the pool. The house was fine. There’s plenty of bedrooms. I didn’t have the pool heated but I would recommend that if it’s an option because it was freezing while we were there (March). The staff that work there at the area are all super friendly too. It took us 30 minutes from the airport. We didn’t do Disney but if we were to go back for that, we’d probably stay on Disney grounds. It was nice having a pool at the house but like I said, it was too cold for us to swim so have it heated. We utilized the larger swimming area available for everyone in the community. Otherwise there didn’t seem to be much else to do there.

Clean and spacious

From the moment of arrival the stay was amazing. Easy check-in and checkout process. The area was quiet and it was convenient to all of the local attractions. The property was very inviting and I felt right at home during my stay. I will definitely be back here for my next trip to Disney

Great place to stay

Very nice & clean house with private pool. Lots of sleeping space for everyone!! It’s close to the clubhouse where you can enjoy all the amenities of the resort. I would definitely come back again!!

I stayed here at the beginning of May.. and OH MY GOSH WAS IT GORGEOUS. The pool was sparkling clean along with the rest of the house! I was completely submerged in relaxation. It’s very private and was in its entirety... an OASIS. The home is close to every amenity imaginable. From restaurants, to Disney, outdoor activities, exploration ideas, shopping and more! Which is perfect for everyone. Will definitely be coming back. 💙
