- USEFUL INFORMATION

• PARKING
Parking is free.

Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Storey Lake.

Street parking is not allowed.
Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.

The community allows up to 10 cars to enter the resort per unit. There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.

Large group stay

Our group consisted of mainly teens and adult chaperones. The house provided the perfect layout for everyone to hangout and not feel crowded on top of one another. The movie room was a BIG HIT! The sound system is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking, and there were plenty of towels provided. We had one issue with the power and AC, but the owners were responsive and sent someone right away. The resort amenities were great but to be honest the kids just hung out at the house.

Annual Family Summer Trip to Orlando

The house and the hosts were very accommodating. The house was spacious. The hosts responded to questions very swiftly. As my first Vrbo experience, this was a good one. I would love if next year, the game system provided would be working and some of the wear and tear items are fixed and/or updated. But other than that... my family of 28+ really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to book again in June 2024!

Graduation Trip

We arrived on a Sunday with 27 people. The house was in a great location. It was clean although I had requested an early check in and the management company agreed to it in the communication, the house was not ready when we arrived. Upon entering the house, it was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the house was not well stocked (kitchen items) for a house for 28. The coffee pot was a single serve (not a Keurig but regular coffee pot). We were able to spread out and enjoy the space in the house. The location was perfect. 15 to 20 minutes from Disney and 30-to 40 minutes from Universal. We would rent again.
