Great vacation home!

My husband and I planned an impromptu 4-day trip to Florida and rented this place. It is located in a great area with a Publix right around the corner. The owners were very attentive to everything we needed and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The place itself was very clean. Some things could use updating, but nothing that would stop me from renting again. The pool was super clean…we were in it everyday. This is a great place for a couple or family to stay!

Disney Trip

Overall great experience! I wish we could have avoided being charged an extra day for arriving at 2 am with no other bookings but besides this the stay was great.

Excellent stay with amazing hosts!!

The property is exactly what you see, everything was lovely. All the property was clean and the beds very comfy. The hosts were very quick at responding to any inquires. Would definitely recommend. We will be booking again. Thank you, for a lovely stay.

Great Vacation Home in the area

It was a bit further than we thought it would be from Disney area, but that was mostly due to the traffic. The home had all the amenities and we enjoyed our stay there. We would only suggest having coffee filters available for the coffee pot so we wouldn't have to buy 100 of them.

Relaxation Plus

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is a very quiet area with restaurants and a Publix just a short distance away. I felt safe on my daily walks around the neighbourhood and would relax afterwards in the heated pool. My husband enjoyed golfing at Highland Reserve golf club, which was very well maintained.

Fantastic Rental

The communication was great, when we arrived to the house we were able to get in without any issues. House was great our family really enjoyed it. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool after our long days at the Disney Parks. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Best vacation home I’ve stayed at!

This property was as described plus more. The home was stocked with household items such as tissue paper towels laundry and dish soap. The home also accommodated my 1 year with a high chair I didn’t know was there. All the rooms were clean. We didn’t use the pool as it was cold but it was clean as well as the area. We did sit by the pool sipping our wine that was provided by the owners. Communication was a1 and response time was within minutes.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood

Owners were wonderful to deal with. Very communicative and personable. The commute to Disney was about 30 minutes to each park, but I had expected this with the traffic in the area. Overall, it was a great value for the money spent and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay at this property in mid-October was exactly as advertised. The home is clean, well-stocked, conveniently located (within 20 minutes to the theme parks in good traffic), and has absolutely everything you might need in order to feel "at home". In addition, Rohan is extremely polite to converse with, and answers any and all questions in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future, and would also recommend this property to all those interested in the area.

Awesome rental & host

We just returned home to Canada after a week in this lovely rental. The reason we chose this house was for the location but also because Rohan (the owner) provides dish liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry washing liquid and hand soap. All the little things that may not be practical to buy for just a week's stay. Because you can't really take it all back with you. There are plenty of towels, pillows and extra sheets if needed. There was plenty of room and the house is clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the pool heat. It happens, but Rohan was quick to fix the problem. His communication with us was always so pleasant and he responds quickly. He was a delight to deal with. What you see in the add is exactly what you get. It was worth it 100%. Don't be afraid to book here. You won't be dissapointed with the house or host!

Perfect Spot

This house was perfect for our trip. My husband and 2 other friends joined us for a trip to celebrate my birthday. The communication with Rohan was easy and quick. He was very helpful with check in instructions. Also super friendly. The house was clean and organized. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The pool was comfortable and just what we needed after walking the parks all day. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The next time we come to Florida, we will definitely look up this house. Recent Stay

I've never dealt with hosts who were as responsive and eager to help as the owners of this house. The home is great in every respect. The rooms are very comfortable, large, and very, very clean. The kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including lots of dishes and glasses. The pool is amazing with noodles provided for guests to use. The house is conveniently located near Disney parks. A Publix grocery store and a CVS are very close by, as are good restaurants. I simply can't tell you what a great experience we had. I would not hesitate to book this home again.

Great Orlando Area visit

The house was very clean and clutter free. We had access to just about everything we needed upon checking in. It was also in a pretty quiet neighborhood and that added to a relaxing vacation. This is very convenient to all of the parks that we went to and there are countless options on restaurants not far from this location. We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing Florida Holiday Home

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Rohan's beautiful villa. The villa was exactly as described, very clean, spacious, fully inclusive, it was a real home from home. The kids had a great time playing in the large pool, the outdoor area was very spacious with plenty of seating/loungers. The villa is a short 20 min drive to Disney, shops & restaurants are a 10 min walk. Rohan was a great host, we had a couple of minor issues which he dealt with immediately. We will definitely be looking to book Rohan's villa for our next Florida holiday.

Family vacation

We had a great time! This house is awesome just as advertised! We had plenty of room to hang out together or separately as wanted or needed. The neighborhood was very nice and friendly. Fantastic Experience

My husband, 4 of our youngest children and myself stayed at this house and it was a great experience. The hosts were immediately responsive with any questions we had. Check in was super easy, the house was clean and the design was very likeable!! We went to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom and really enjoyed the ride to and from the house to the theme parks. It gave us a chance to get ready and decompress from all of the people at the parks and usually all 4 kids were napping by the time we got back to the house. When we come back to Orlando, we will definitely be looking into renting another of Rohan's properties!! Thank you for the delightful experience🙏

Loved our stay! Close to stores and Disney!

When we walked into the house it was clean and smelled great and was spacious.We absolutely loved being able to have our own private pool and it was well kept.The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. This was our 1st family vacation and we just had a blast! To be able to come to the house and cook after sightseeing was just what we needed.We weren't too far from Disney or other attractions and then there were stores very close as well as restaurants. We will definitely look at returning to this home! Thanks for everything!

Perfect for Disney

My family of 5 rented the house for a week in May 2023. The location was perfect for a short drive with minimal traffic to-and-from the different Disney parks. The house was a perfect layout for my wife and 3 kids. We did Disney for a few days but then had a few pool days mixed in where we were able to sleep in and relax at the backyard pool. The house has everything we needed in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. It was very easy to communicate with Rohan, the owner. We didn’t need anything but I felt that if we did, he would have been there to help. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Sunny Florida Getaway

This house is exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. It had lots of beach towels and patio furniture and having the BBQ made for great evening suppers on the lanai. Great Stay, Highly Recommended

This was my first experience, booking through a vacation rental service and I was impressed in every way! The premises was clean and very secure. Location is everything because it’s within minutes of all the major theme parks in the area. There were more than enough rooms to accommodate all guests. Internet was fast and reliable. A definite plus is the pool area which put the icing on the cake. The neighborhood seemed very friendly and quiet. The icing on the cake is the pool area. Pool is private with lounging and grilling areas. My family and I went swimming everyday, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely will recommend to all decide to book this location in the future! Owner responded in a prompt manner whenever I had a question or needed assistance.

Clean, Updated, Thoughtful, & Friendly

Clean & updated home with a fantastic layout for a family. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals (even a cheese grater!). Pool area was relaxing with more then enough seating/lounges and the heated pool was perfect. Owners were friendly and communicative, without being intrusive. Perfect experience!

Disney Vacation

The house and pool were wonderful. Easy check in owner communicated all needed information. Everything provided as stated. We would rent again.

Fantastic place

It was a wonderful place located in a quiet neighbourhood. The place was well stocked and very clean. We had a wonderful experience. The communication was amazing and the hosts were so a pleasure to deal with from the time we booked to the day we left! Thank you!

Beautiful home...

We traveled to the area for softball and so glad we decided to cancel our hotel and stay at this beautiful home. Everything in the description was beyond accurate. Perfect location, perfect size, perfect amenities. The home was extremely clean as well as the pool. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome Property

We had a wonderful stay here! Great property, nice location with grocery, convenience and food nearby. Very comfortable home! Visited both Disney World & Universal during our stay. Took advantage of the great pool while at the property. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Very nice home.

The home was well supplied. It has a nice pool. It was a clean home. It is in a nice neighborhood. It was nice to not have to really do any cleaning before we left. One thing I did not appreciate is feeling pressured by them to leave a 5 star review. That should be my choice without the owner trying to influence me to.

You checked out at 10am, the cleaning lady arrived arrived 11:30 and I released your damage deposit around 1pm that same day. You stayed back in February and did the review in March. We're delighted that everyone had a wonderful time staying at the property. You said that you had a wonderful time and we said a short 5 star review would be appreciated, that was it. If you don't didn't feel like the home deserved a 5 star, then by all means don't give it. Our goal is to provide our guests with the best experience and value for their hard earned money, that's why we go above and beyond to ensure that everything is in order for a pleasant, peaceful, and relaxing stay.
