Better Than Paradise 4BD/3BR

Welcome to the perfect home for a family getaway! A spacious 4bd 3br home, w/a private pool located at the backside. This home is just minutes from all of Orlando’s main attractions, parks, shops, dining, & more! Located inside of the luxurious Paradise Palms Resort, free access to the community pool area placed behind the clubhouse where you can find a fitness center, movie theater, bar & grill, and an arcade. If you are looking for a stay that’s better than paradise, look no further!

* POOL INFO *
- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
- Pool heat fee: $30/night + taxes
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 48 hour advance notice
***It is necessary for you to patrol your children's safety at all times. This includes 24 hour supervision while staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

* BBQ GRILL RULES *
The house offers a small BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Guests are to provide charcoal and lighter fluid upon use.
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 or more (depending on the damage type) will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located
MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)

Please keep in mind the following:
- Smoking is not allowed and subject to be fined otherwise
- Pets are prohibited but may be allowed for a small additional fee

The property is a townhome in a gated community. One bedroom is downstairs with its own bath. Remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The unit met our needs and fit six adults comfortably. Only minor comment: if you are expecting a deluxe resort, this is not it. It is comfortable and clean and close to the parks but kitchen was not fully equipped...had plenty of dishes for eating but not any serving bowls (like for a large pasta dish or for chips). It does have a Keurig, and owner provided coffee, but the regular coffee pot was missing a top to the pot itself. When we arrived, there was some garbage on the front step, which we picked up, but likely due to sloppiness of refuse folks. Would recommend that the owner dispense with the regular sofa out on the lanai...it is not weatherproof. There were plenty of towels and extra toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. It would be a good location for one or two families with children as well who want to go to the parks. Area has a playground and pool too. Check in is at 4:00 pm, and the owner indicated I would get instructions at 3:00, which was difficult as I had to log in while I was traveling (and cellular service was not consistent) and provide names of my fellow-travelers for front gate before we arrived, which was a bit of a rush. I could have provided this to the owner in advance. He later indicated he needed names of drivers only, for future reference. The price is right for being so close to Disney parks.

The host was very prompt answering any questions. Property was clean and wellMaintained. Very close to Disney Parks, shopping and restaurants.
