The space
The villa has 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 1 master bedroom and pool.

Master bedroom (2nd floor) includes King size bed,drawer, closet, and flat screen Smart TV. Master bathroom has bathtub , WC and 2 basins.

The Second bedroom (1rst floor) has a King bed, closet, and flat screen Smart TV.

The Third bedroom(2nd floor) has two twin bunk beds and a closet.

The fourth bedroom (2nd floor) has a queen bed, smart TV and a closet.

The Second bathroom (downstairs) has shower, WC, and sink.

The Third bathroom (upstairs) has shower, WC, and 2 basins.

Living Room area has a sofa (4-seater sofa each) and an armchair , patio door to the pool area, 58" Smart TV.

Dining area has dining table which seats for 6.
There is also bar seating for 4 people at the kitchen.

There is free parking for spot for multiple vehicles in front (3+).

The pool is fully screened, a pool safety fence to keep the children safe and a shaded lanai area with patio sofa for 6, a dining table for 4 and BBQ.

-Trash Valet just left the trash inside the bench at the entrance they will pick it every day by 8:00 PM.

-Any package ordered will be delivered at Club House Desk, $10 fee per package.(If not picked will be delivered after 30 days)
