Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the home. Some fees may apply for services such as golf, spa services, food and drinks, etc
Reminders from Oasis Club:
• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.
• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.
• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.
• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.
Guest registration and parking rules:
• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.
• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.
• Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.

Getting Around:
Several convenient ways to get around, having a car is the easiest and most flexible option in ChampionsGate since most attractions and shopping areas are a short drive away. There are also Taxi, Uber and Lyft available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• The dog park will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

House Rules
• No parties, events, or smoking/vaping. Violations may result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of deposit.
• Check-out is on time. Late departures are subject to a $150 fee per hour.
• Please leave the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
• No pets allowed (except service animals). Unauthorized pets may result in fines and/or deposit forfeiture.
• Pool use is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines.
• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.

• Work underway now at Westside & Hwy 27 gatehouses; continuing this week at all remaining locations
• Existing call boxes being replaced with temporary keypads — QR codes no longer work at these locations
• Temporary gate code: 3218 (Westside, Hwy 27, North Tract, Leopard Creek, Tract K Main, Ocean Course, Whistling Straits)
• Country Club gate codes will be distributed separately to CC residents
