violations.
* Furniture must not be moved.
* Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed.
* HOA and community rules must be respected.
* Grill usage is available for a fee, and propane refills are
reimbursed with a receipt and photo.
* Pool and spa heating is available for an additional daily fee; it
may take up to 24 hours to heat.
* Keep doors and windows closed while using the central air
conditioning set to 23°C (74°F).
* A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation, with a US$100 fee
per pet.
* Parking is only permitted in designated spaces.
* Blocking garages, sidewalks, or streets may result in towing.
* Trash must be bagged and placed in the outside bin by 10 AM daily.
* Improper disposal, such as using loose trash or grocery bags,
results in a US$100 fine.
* Visitors are allowed as long as the maximum occupancy is not
exceeded.
* All guests and visitors must be registered at the gate at least 1
day before check-in for access.
* Neglect of property or excessive trash disposal may incur a US$500
fine.
