This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the community of Westridge in Davenport and features a west-facing pool with scenic views and no overlooking rear neighbours and is close to Disney, so your family will love staying here during your visit to Orlando. Start your vacation by heading to the community facilities which are only 4 minutes’ walk away and include a swimming pool, playing field and children’s play area, as well as tennis and basketball courts

Living Accommodation:
The spacious kitchen in this villa is located to the centre right and comes with all the utensils and appliances you will need to prepare meals for the entirety of your stay. Enjoy breakfast at the bar seating for 3, or at a table to the rear with seating for 4 and views over the west-facing pool deck, so you can keep an eye on the kids as you enjoy some tea and toast. At the front right of the villa is a formal dining table with seating for 6, a great place to enjoy a meal and then have a long chat after the dishes are cleared away. Centrally located is a family lounge with lots of natural light, a flatscreen TV, seating for 5 and door providing access to the pool deck, so you can go and hop in the pool as soon as your favourite movie has ended.

Bedrooms:
Located to the rear left of the villa is the Main bedroom, with a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the immediate front left, with a Queen-size bed. Meanwhile, Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both on the right side of the villa and feature a style suitable for all ages, as well as Twin beds. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights easier as you drift off to sleep watching your favourite movies.

Entertainment:
Take a short 7 minute walk and make your way to the community facilities, which include a swimming pool, a playing field, children’s play area and courts for tennis and basketball, ensuring that there is plenty to keep everyone entertained and tire the kids out before bed.

Outdoor Living:
Step out onto your very own private west-facing pool deck with conservation views and no overlooking rear neighbours, while a door leading to a bathroom from the pool deck will prevent any puddles within the villa. Kids will love learning to swim in the pool as you lay back and top up your tan or enjoy a drink and a bite to eat at the covered poolside table, all while making plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
