The Space:

Step inside your contemporary retreat and discover an open living, kitchen, and dining space perfect for spending time together. In the living room, an oversized couch, modern chair, daybed, and smart TV invite you to unwind after a day of adventure. The sleek kitchen features dark grey and brown wood cabinetry topped with white stone counters, a custom backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island with a sink and counter seating for three. Enjoy meals at the dining table for six, or head upstairs to the loft where a sofa and smart TV offer an extra spot to relax. Outside, your private patio awaits with a sparkling pool, lounge chairs, and a grill—ideal for sunny afternoons and evening cookouts.

Bedroom #1 includes a full size foldable bed and a twin size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, a reclining ottoman, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a changing table.



Bedroom #4 includes a twin size bed and a crib.



This home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The main room in the second floor faces a divided highway and windows dont isolate transit noise. Blinds in this room allow plenty of street light at night. The layout of the house and amount of bathrooms is excellent. House is clean with all systems working. If you are looking to cook for a large group (6),pots and pans are not enough or big enough and the dishware was all plastic.
