Nære til parkene
Dette hotellet var toppen. Stort hotellrom. Rent og fint. Bra service, og veldig trivelig personal, men det er begrenset hvor ofte housekeeping kommer. Det er egentlig ikke noe problem. Behøver du noe, så kommer de med det veldig fort. Veldig bra internett. Hit kommer vi flere ganger.

Bra lägenheter för stor familj eller mindre grupp!
Vi bodde 6 personer i en lägenhet med två sovrum. Det var stora rum, bra med plats att samlas på för måltider och 2 badrum vilket underlättar när man är många. Men något vi inte förstod var att de inte städar rummet under tiden man bor där. Vi bodde där i 3 nätter och de tömde inte ens soporna under den tiden, så ingen städning alls.. I övrigt är vi jättenöjda! Fin pool och trevligt hotellområde.

Rekommenderas varmt!
Vi bodde 4 nätter med två vuxna och två små barn och stormtrivdes. Jättetrevlig personal och övriga boenden, nära till bra shopping och Disneyområdena. Trevligt och barnvänligt område med varma pooler. Vi skulle gärna stannat längre!

Wyndham Cypress Palms
Perfect family apartments, close to Disney World/SeaWorld and outlets. Area is really nice, with an activity center and outdoor BBQ´s, that can be used by the guests. We enjoyed our stay.

En skön plats i solens Orlando.
Ett mycket trivsamt och välskött område med stora och rymliga lägenheter som var fantastiskt utrustade med komplett kök. Fina poolområde med solstolar och lugn och ro. Nära till många attraktioner. Ett mycket prisvärt alternativ.

Billigt hotell med bra läge för Disneyäventyr
OK hotell, ingen lyx på något sätt, men det funkar att bo i. 2 poolområden med solstolar. Rummen ligger ut mot "loftgången" så hissgardinerna hade vi nerdragna hela vistelsen. Extrasängen och lakanen var lite ofräscha, så vi delade den stora sängen på 3 personer. På den positiva sidan kan nämnas gratis WiFi och även närheten till Disneyparkerna. Många affärer och matställen på nära avstånd. Hotellet är ett time-share hotell så man blir uppringd och de vill boka in tid för information (mot en ersättning på $125). Det räckte dock att tacka nej till detta och de tjatade inte speciellt mycket. Gratis parkering. Kom man försent och skulle parkera bilen så kunde det vara svårt att hitta parkering utanför rummet, men parkering kunde alltid hittas i området.

We enjoyed our condo which was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Located near shopping and grocery and about 15 min from Disney and other activities. I recommend upgrade the room which offered a balcony and windows that faced the pool/gardens. Basic rooms face the stairwells and can be noisy as suitcases are wheeled by on the tiled surfaces at all hours of the night.

El mejor lugar en que hemos estado.Nos gusto muchisimo.Los empleados muy atentos y amables y siempre hubo uno que hablaba espanol.La privacidad es algo que preferimos y alli la tuvimos.Todo muy tranquilo,nada de bullicio.El ambiente muy bueno para personas mayores y familias con ninos.Todo bien limpio.Los cuartos y banos super comodos.Me gusto tener un televisor en cada cuarto y la sala pues podiamos descansar mientras los demas veian television hasta que quisieran,la lavadora y secadora nos evito tener que buscar un laundromat.Nos sentimos como en casa. pues teniamos todos lo necesario por si no queriamos salir poder cocinar en el apartamentoAccesible,facil para llegar.Todo esta cerca:la diversion,tiendas de ropa,supermercados,restaurantes de toda clase de comidas,food trucks literalmente a unos pasos del resort.Siempre sera nuestra primera opcion para quedarnos cuando vayamos a Orlando.

La propiedad se encuentra en buen estado y está muy bien ubicada. Es ideal para familias! No me gustó la atención de un par de empleados en la recepción y pondría menos estrellas, sin embargo destaco la amabilidad y servicio de Angel Rivera, es por ello que el establecimiento para mí tiene 5 estrellas.

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, very convenient for restaurants and grocery shopping. The trash disposal areas were kept extremely clean and were emptied regularly during the day. There was some road noise, but that was to be expected given the location, and definitely wouldn't stop us staying there again. Time share was mentioned on check in but certainly wasn't pushy. The only negative point was that there was only one pool open for the duration of our 10 night stay, and the one that was open was always busy with a very limited amount of seating. Overall an excellent stay.

My room had ants .it was reported and nothing was done .Also no hot water as this room shared the hot water tank with the adjusting room .There was also a problem with the stove burner it woukd throw sparks frim it .I prepaid for 4 nights .I coukd not ckeam myself because i had no hotwater and the ants where everywhere in the bathroom and in my tub

Time share... yes or yes
The sales strategy established by the hotel to sell timeshare must be completely voluntary and not imposed. After getting to the hotel around 2000 hours and received "your room is not ready" i found it a little unbeliebable. What i notice the few minutes that i had to wait; all the timeshares employees had other customers and i had to wait for one of them to handle to me the room key. What a coincidence. After received the room key i was already involuntarily set up for a next day morning appointment with my wife to go and see a presentation but i had to have available credit cards with me. I told the lady that i will investigate and will let them know but she already had used my cc to set up the appointment. The deposit was refundable but that was not correct. I told her no way for that to happend so she ended changing the appointment for the day after same time in the morming. Be carefull this is not the way to do bussiness. Stay away from the timeshare people.... Next morning proceeded to the same area spoke with someone else and evything was cancel. That day and the day after received so many phone calls from the hotel but of course did not answered...If it had been something important they will have left a massage.

A very nice and convenient place to stay
I truly enjoyed the stay there . It was a very spacious room, I had a two bedroom suite. The staff when you first check in were extremely friendly .The lady who helped me was extremely helpful and had a great personality. The only thing I can say is when the lady told us that the desk if you text the number that they would respond because it comes directly to their computer that was not the case I text the number twice asking for something and we never received it. So I will say texting the number is not the best way to get a hold of somebody in the front office. I also loved how close it was to everything like restaurants and grocery stores. Other than that overall it was a very nice place to stay and I wouldn't mind staying there again.
