Welcome to our luxury family home located in the all-new Windsor Island Resort, where modern amenities meet the excitement of a fresh, vibrant community. Please note, as the resort is brand new, you may see some construction nearby, but rest assured, it won't take away from your experience.
From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by bright, sunlit living spaces filled with warmth and style. Sink into soft, comfortable furnishings and enjoy the expansive open-plan layout, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether you're gathering for quality time or finding a quiet corner to recharge, this inviting home has been designed for comfort, space, and relaxation. For your convenience, all guests’ names must be registered in the gate system to ensure a seamless check-in process
FIRST FLOOR
Relax on the lounge after a day spent at Disney and stream all your favorites on the big screen Smart TV – the perfect place to gather together for a cozy movie night in.
Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you could need.
Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that caters for guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don’t feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.
Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.

The house accommodates up to 5 vehicles
No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited

Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM
👥 Guest Registration
• Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access and helps us streamline your check-in.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
🚭 House Rules
1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
2. No parties or events—thank you for respecting our neighbors.
3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
