Rental insurance

We had a accident with the fridge shelf on the door it broke. I would definitely recommend getting the insurance. It was easy to make the claim and fast. The owner got paid for it but didnt order it from the same site we priced it from so it was $7.18 more then what he got paid for and wanted me to pay it. The whole reason i purchased the insurance was so if anything broke i wouldnt have to pay out of pocket and they covor 1,500 for damages. So i called the insurance and let them know. But he shouldn't of asked me to pay that because it was there fault for ordering it from somewhere else. They should've Communicated alittle better so he could of got the whole amount and ordered it from where the manager priced it. Thats not my fault i will not be back because of this..

Nice Place

We had a nice stay. We had a lot of space and it felt like home. We had a problem with the A/C but Ms. Susan was on top of it and it was repaired quickly. One or two problems with bugs but it's Florida lol. Mr. Lewis was also very attentive and helpful. Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay

The property was nicer than we expected, access to the pool was tricky - book needs updated with current passcode. Our Teenage girls had a problem at the pool with a couple mean kids saying ignorant things to them. Other than that ewe had an excellent stay.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Our youngest is a toddler, but we noticed a crib and all crib bedding as well in the closet. We enjoyed this quiet family friendly condo!

Home Away From Home Close to All of the Parks!

We loved this quiet neighborhood. Close enough to make easy access to the parks, but far enough to have peaceful evenings when your feet are ready to give out! It is near a fire house but the alarms don’t start until the morning so it didn’t bother us a bit! We had 2 small issues which the owner responded straight away. The housekeeper Susan is such a sweetheart and the whole experience was so wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Excelente Localização e Imóvel

O imóvel fica em Kissimmi muito proximo da disney (15min) e com dois walmarts proximos, facil localização e acesso a tudo em orlando. O imóvel é completo, com cozinha, maquina de lavar louças, maquina de lavar roupa, secadora e etc, todos em ótimo estado de conservação. Possui utensilios para fazer todas as refeições se necessário. A piscina do condominio fica ao lado, junto da academia e salão de jogos. Recomendo a acomodação e o Lewis a todos.

Lovely, peaceful place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay - very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. Hosts made sure we had everything we needed and were very quick to respond to any needs/questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds were possibly the most uncomfortable beds we have ever used. The hall bathroom shower would not drain. On top of all that, the owners charged us for "missing items" that we left on top of their washing machine.

Great place for a family vacation!

Our family of 4 had a great time at Lewis’s place! Very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms and 2 showers, it had all the amenities we needed, swimming pool right beside us, dedicated parking and a short drive to Disney and not far from Universal Studios. There are number of grocery stores within a 5-10 min drive. Check in was a breeze, Lewis got back to me right away with answers to my questions prior to arriving. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Not kid friendly at all

White carpet isn’t too bad but when you have kids it’s hard knickknacks everywhere that kids can break we had to keep the kids in the kitchen they weren’t Allowed to eat at the table because everything is white and we didn’t wanna get it dirty But my biggest complaint of all is there is no curtains for the shower heading out towards the front patio if somebody’s taking a shower you can see Ridin and you can see everything if the person is showering if I could give readings

The property was as pictured, but somewhat dated. It's close to Disney and the other attractions, but across the street from a fire station. Also, the owner billed an extra $100 claiming we had too many people. We did explain that we had family visit while we were there, were not aware visitors were not allowed. Guess some people just don't appreciate renting to a family that left the place with no trash and exactly as requested.

Excellent!!!

This was our first time staying at a Condo, I won't go any other way now!! The check in process was easy, the directions given were right on point and the communication between us and the owner was always quick and friendly. We had absolutely no issues at all. The Condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to stay a week comfortably. I cannot say enough good about this condo. We truly hated to leave.

Very nice condo.

We rented this condo for four weeks in March, 2020, our first experience at being snowbirds. It was clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Community pool and exercise room are right next door. We were very satisfied. The property is close to all of the amusement parks and just about anything else you possibly want. If you have never had strawberry soft serve ice cream, be sure to try Twistee Treat. Found it the 2nd day and ate a cone just about every day. The air conditioning did quit during our stay, but was promptly repaired with the replacement of the dual capacitor. Susan and her husband are right next door for maintenance needs.
