Unforgettable Stay!

We were absolutely thrilled with this property and the Villatel team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made us feel right at home. Not to mention, the stunning views and well-maintained beach added an extra touch of serenity to our vacation. We are already counting down the days until we can return again!

Horrible Check In Experience

We arrived around 2:40pm to check into the resort as instructed. At first they wrote down the wrong check out date on the parking passes so I had to stop by to fix that. After checking in, they did not mention that the house was not ready yet. I called the number and was told that I could enter the property until 3:30pm. We decided to go to publix and then returned to the property at 4:00pm where we realized that the entire house was not cleaned at all. Each bed had bed sheets just rolled up as well as on the washer/dryers. The stairway was littered of dirt from the carpet being replaced. There were socks randomly across the bedrooms. It was absolutely disgusting. I called the number on the pamphlet and was told someone would follow up, but after 30 minutes no one ever called. I also messaged through the VRBO app and did not get a response. I then talked to a cleaning lady on the street and she told me she would get someone, but no one came. Eventually a maintenance person stopped by to replace the batteries in the door, who also had no clue of the problems I had. I then walked him through the house and after about a total of an hour and half, I was finally able to talk to a manager. His name was Phil. He was apologetic and cleaners finally did arrive to clean, but they did not finish cleaning until 10:30pm that night. That pretty much robbed us of our first day. I have plenty of pictures as proof as well. Phil also never did return after that day as he promised he would.

Incredible Rooms!

When we arrived, we were overawed by how beautiful the place was - far more impressive than in the pictures. It was designed with all ages of children in mind, and the pool & hot tub were extraordinary. The theme parks & kids rooms were incredible!

Davis Family Trip 2022

Overall we were very pleased with these properties (we had 2 houses side by side) we had 35 people in total and the space was great without feeling like we were on top of each other. The houses were well equipped and were very clean upon check in. Houses were conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. We reserved the grills in both houses and the first night we went to use them one was out of propane, I contacted management and they had someone out first thing in the morning with a new tank. The only issues we had during our stay was poor internet connection in both houses, I never was able to log I. On my IPad and most of our family members had the same issue. When we arrived one of the houses had just had the carpet on the steps cleaned and they were VERY wet. One family member slipped on the slick tile floor at the bottom of the steps when he came down due to them being wet and injured his shoulder. We also noted that the house could use some repairs, water damage on many of the ceilings on the main floor of both houses. Overall we had a great time and would recommend these properties and would rent them in the future.

Crappy-literally

The management lacks in communication. Our rental had major plumbing issues. They moved us to another home-we thought it was for the remainder of our stay, only to be told at 9pm on Tuesday that we had to be out by 10 a.m. the next morning and back in the original home (which was fixed and “cleaned” but still had water in the ceilings and the ceilings had not bee repaired.). They never communicated that the move was temporary!! We literally had a waterfall of sewage water from the second floor flowing through lights and air vents to the first floor. Since staying there for two nights with sewage water still in the home, a couple of us with breathing issues are have difficulty breathing. Definitely NOT renting a Villatel rental again! We lost almost $3000 in ticket costs for Disney plus three days of precious family time due to the flip-flip between houses.

Wonderful experience!

The home was even more than expected. We stayed for 12 days. The house is large enough that even with 4 generations, we didn't get in each others way. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. I soaked in the hot tub every day after theme parks. It was so healing to tired muscles. The game room turned out to be a lot of fun. Before the trip I thought it would be a waste of time and money. But it didn't cost anything and it was in use any time we were there! The kids loved it and the adults started having basketball score contests. Check in and Check out were super easy and uneventful. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made it easy to cook and clean up for so many people. The two minor issues of the pool heater going off and the dishwasher tripping the circuit were addressed and fixed immediately. The only issue with the entire stay was the parking. We were there over Christmas week and all the additional parking was full. There can only be two vehicles in the driveway. After Christmas day parking was better. I would definitely recommend this property! The trip was a trip of a lifetime for us and the beautiful home made it easy to be together.

Villatel is Recommended!

The place was just perfect especially on the space aspect; all 17 of us were as comfortable as we could be. The gaming and sports rooms presented the perfect entertainment for both the kids and adults. The kitchen was the best part; it is both modern and well equipped.

Perfect family reunion home

Amazing rental close to several amusement parks

This is hands down our favorite rental! We were a group of 13: mix of adults and kids ages 2 - 6 and we had a blast. We were celebrating my youngest’s 3rd birthday. We usually stay at the Pirate Island Hotel in Legoland but it was booked. But it was certainly in our favor because this setup was much more comfortable for our group and had so many fun play room options. To the point where we considered if we should even go to Legoland because the kids were having so much fun. We did stick to the plan and it was only about a 30 minute drive. My six year old who usually struggles sleeping on his own would sleep the entire night in the top bunk of the kid’s room. Have you seen the picture of the movie theater? Omg, we did movie nights each night. So much fun! Given the times, I certainly felt this rental was a safer option (crowd control/ preventing “cross contamination”) and much more comfortable here than staying in hotel with random people. I can go on and on. The managing agency is super responsive. Every time I reached out to them, they responded immediately. We will def be back soon. Thank you 🙏🏽

Don’t waste your Money , This Home is nothing as described

Don’t waste your Money , This Home is nothing as described. The pictures that are posted must be very old because this home has extreme wear and tear to the point I’m not sure if it’s even safe to really stay in . The ceiling looks like they have water damage, the chairs on the Kitchen Island don’t feel safe to sit on and the granite on the Kitchen Island is not even attached to the island at all. There is a very BIG trash problem in this Community to the point there’s cockroaches coming inside the home and rats running around the neighborhood it’s disgusting , when we arrived to the home we were greeted with a ton of lose trash outside on the drive way . We couldn’t not enjoy this home or it’s amenities because of all the problems we had to deal with because of the misinformation described on this home . The internet was so bad we could barely use the Theater room or even watch TV in any of the rooms , The dryer’s didn’t even work at all to the point it damaged our clothes and we had to buy new clothes and hang some clothes around the home to try and dry them , it got so bad to the point we had to take 2 days out of our vacation to just do laundry off site 45 mins away from the home because our calls to management team didn’t go anywhere as far as fixing our problem. They sent a guy out to try and fix the dryer and the guy was harassing my sister when we were not home instead of fixing the dryer and tells us he’ll be back and never came back at all. At the end the dryer was never fixed and we wasted two days of our vacation doing laundry and buying new clothes because of there broken dryer. The Parking is terrible we had a 3rd car that needed to be parked 8 blocks away from the home . I almost forgot I paid extra for the BBQ for the Home and they had left a very dirty unsanitary BBQ that we didn’t use because how dirty it was when we first got it. My recommendation is do not book this Home or from the Company that owns or Manager is it. I consider myself a veteran when it comes to booking vacation home I have done this many times and I have never had such a bad experience this trip was planned for my daughters birthday and I have been more then reasonable when it has come to my Communication with the owns and management team.

Exceptional house

The place was everything and more what I was expecting. We had a large family vacation group from all age group and the place accommodated all the needs from bedrooms, living area, outdoor entertainments, game room entertainments, kitchen supplies, and so much more. The decor in the house is very nice as well. Will definitely book again.

Spring Break

There were 8 individuals in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy, and at the same time everyone could sit together in the living room and dining table and everyone could hear what was going on. We would love to have been able to grill out, but wasn't interested in paying the fee for using the grill.

Aside from the normal minor wear and tear on a property, this place was what we expected and more! The Management was very responsive and helpful. Our group of 21 already agreed to come back next year. Very nicely decorated place with plenty of room and amenities.
