Very dirty & not so cute
The pictures for this house are the reason we decided on it. We got in early, couldn’t check in early, because there were people living in the house. We drove by to see it before getting the code, and people were loading up their belongings. Once we got the code, it didn’t work. I had to reach out to the host to get the house reset. The house was dirty, dishes had food left on them, there was an inappropriate picture of a woman left in the kids closet, and the home was musty. The towels all need replaced. They are very old and worn out. They knew we had 7 people coming, and only had 2 pool towels. They did bring more the following day, so that was a plus. The host responded until the end. I felt like we should receive a refund of some sort, especially for the cleaning fee we paid, because this house was nasty. But no response after requesting that refund. I know the pictures make this house look cute for families with children. But the decals are coming off every wall in the bedrooms, and the house walls probably haven’t been cleaned or painted in years. It just wasn’t a great stay in this home.

Extreamly troubled character. The guest showes up at the house at noon and demands entry. while check in time is 4 pm . If a guest requires an early check in ask before and we can not grant it when we have back to back bookings as we need 6 hours between stays to clean the house. Also the guest demanded refund because the dishes were left still wet in the dishwasher as the cleaner forgot to include drying cycle. We have a policy if you find something is not clean we send cleaners back. The guest never stated the house was dirty because if we went back to clean we would not find anything. Its easier to ask for a cleaning fee back to help payfor their stay that they paid for with a lending company. Sorry we don't do that. The statement the house hasn't been painted or not cleaned in yearsis a retaliatory vicous coment for not refunding their cleaning fee which they are not entiled to. Again if there is a problem we send crews to fix it not refunding the rent. We do not pay guests to stay in our beautifull house it is the other way around.Try elswhere.

Kids loved the pool
Overall a good stay. Pool was great. Place was clean. A bit dated but comfortable. Loved the family room couches. Property manager responded quickly to questions. The one thing I would change is that the only information in the house is posted warnings about ways you can lose your damage deposit. There is no information about nearby restaurants or hospitals, check-out info, advice about how to sort the recyclables, etc. This would have been useful and made us feel more welcome in the house.

Very nice house and location
We really enjoyed our time at the villa. The pool was so clean and we paid extra for the pool heat ( highly recommended) we stayed in the middle of February and even though some nights dipped below 55, that pool heater was working hard to keep the water at 86. The house is so lovely and spacious. It quickly feels more like home than a rental. Beds are firm but never felt bad after sleeping. Lots of places to store your items, luggage and so on. The washer and dryer are very nice and there is a new dishwasher too. The fridge is spacious and has a small door for drinks so you don’t have to open the whole thing. The location, is amazing. Just head north to 192 to hit up the shops, and to avoid I4 as much as possible. There is a publix right next to the resort. And a target like 6 minutes away or 10 if you hit the red lights. Magic kingdom strollers delivers to this address which is a major plus. The owner is amazing!!! I never had such a responsive owner ever!! They answer all our questions within minutes, even before our travels. 10 stars for sure!! We had a couple of normal travel hiccups and they solved them right away. I highly recommend this home for your stay!! There is a park within walking distance and a golf course. If you choose to walk to the shops be careful of the traffic, they will not stop for you. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely check availability for this house on our next trip!!

Great place to stay while visiting Disney
Great place to stay, nice, big and clean house! Pool was heated, clean and fun. The kids all loved the themed rooms. Master bedroom was huge. Kitchen had everything you need. Communication with Alex the host was simple and quick replys. Thanks Again!

Fabulous stay
Owner was swift to handle any issue and was easy to contact. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Close to amenities and golf courses. Enjoyed the pool and comfy lounges. All appliances worked great.

Great stay
The house is spacious and in a great location. We loved the pool. The decor is outdated but that didn’t really matter to us much. The kids loved the themed rooms. My only complaint is that there was not much to cook with. We ended up buying a pizza pan and pizza cutter and just left it at the property for the next people. There also could be more towels available but we did have 13 people so that probably didn’t help. Overall we loved it and had a great stay.

Will NOT book again
Pool slide door was not secure. Someone could easily break in. Patio screen had a spot that was torn out allowing access to lizards and flies…..so so so many flies. Flies were horrible due to trash that was already full when we arrived along with an old mattress thrown in the driveway with stuffing from it scattered around the front lawn. Trash wasn’t picked up until Monday, they say we were set to leave. Only 3 tvs in the whole house. Only two worked with our own Netflix. No cable. All beds accept the master bedroom where extremely uncomfortable. Furniture extremely outdated from the patio, to the living room, to the den should be refurnished. Pool sticks where so flimsy you couldn’t use them. Carpet was still wet when we arrived. We found a Covid test and an old spoiled milk bottle behind the tv and hanging from under a chair. Obviously no major cleaning is being done in between even though Covid is still spreading. Lizards kept getting in the house! Fridge kept running out of ice. It was really the worst homes we have stayed in for our vacation. Owner was very helpful and did respond when I reached out but made no effort in reimbursement when I told him we left a day early due to all the things we came across. Especially the foul smell of trash and flies attacking everything.

Retaliatory review. Guest requested a refund for early departure which we did not honor as per terms and conditions to which they agreed when booking. The house is equipped with new sofas and the fridge is only a year old with an icemaker that works flawlessly.

Dated but Convenient Location with Basic Amenities
If you are looking for somneone where you won't need to spend a lot of time, with a pool and basic amenities, this house is definintely a options. If you are planning on spending more time at thbe house and want comfort and amenities, you may not find everything that you are looking for here. Pros - the price point is really good for a 5 bedroom home with a pool - Decent distance to Disney Property - the grocery store is less than .5 miles from the house and walmart and dollar tree and other basic retail outlets are within 4 miles of the house - the pool. a house with a pool is always great - 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 1 downstairs) Cons - Far from Universal especially when you have to get on 1-4. It took much longer to get to the park than we expected - Dated. from the furniture with the peeling (faux?) leather, to the old drapes and valances, to the bathrooms andk kitchen appliances, to the paint on the walls, the house needs some updates for sure. You don'tnecessarily understand from the pictures just how dated the home is, but its a far cry from "modern" - Cleanliness - the property was not as clean as it should have been. There were trash cans that still had trash in them, there was hair in the beds, and in the bathrooms, and the sinks also looked like they had some really bad rust - Ants. There were a lot of small ants/bloodsuckers (small red bugs) that were in the kitchen mostely around the counters. These little buggers were also in the bathrooms.. we could see them more easily on the tiled or countered surfaces but they may have been in the carpet as well - Carpet definitely needs cleaning. The carpet on the steps and upstairs is cream colored and the wear shows - Old Linens. The linens provided in the house are old and it is possible that you may not have enough for your party. I would recommend bringingypurchasing your own linens (towels and sheets if you can) - The twin beds are really uncomfortable, so if you have adults sleeping in them, beware. - House Temperature and Thermostat. The house is really hot upstairs (thank God for the ceiling fans) and you cannot adjust the thermostat in the house at all. It cannot be lower below 73, Once you arrive to the home the AC is set to 74. If you want the temperature lowered to 73, you have to contact the house host to make the change. - Pool Cleanliness. The pool interior does need to be cleaned as well. The disacoloration actually scarpes off. kind of icky...

The guest had more people with her than stated in the guest manifest. They destroyed multitude of towels and bed sheets with blood stains etc. and then made false claims that they were already in bad shape. We had to replace all towels and sheets Additionally they damaged walls which had to be repaired at a great expense. Pool is serviced on weekly bases but when people go to the bathroom in the pool then yes the water will get icky and green. Yes we control thermostats remotely something that is mentioned in the terms and conditions to which a head guest has to agree. to book the house. All you had to do it text me and I would adjust temperature immediately. In addition to that guests kept patio doors open during the entire time they were in the house which left the 2 AC units struggling to maintain set temperature and causing an excessive electrical bill.

Excellent Place
This place was great! We had a group of 9, of which was 6 kids 12 and under, and we all had our own accommodations. Princess rooms for the littles, Harry Potter for the 12 year olds. The pool was clean, we paid extra to have it heated, but was worth it it to us, we used it daily! I can't say enough about how great it was to be able to cook and do laundry, we didn't do every meal there but was a real money saver there. And Alex our host was very nice, answered any questions I had promptly and was most helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

AWESOME...!!!!
This vacation home was AWESOME...! Alex was one of the BEST host I’ve ever came across. He provided everything we needed and replied quickly. The pool was a little dirty (nothing major) but I contacted him and the pool guy was there in less than a hr to clean it out.. The neighborhood was beautiful and so was the neighbors they made us feel at home. The house was within mins from everything (restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas, etc...) I would recommend this vacation home and we will definitely be looking forward to doing more business with Alex. Thank you for everything..!!!

A great stay for families.
The home was very clean. There is plenty of space for larger families/groups. The home is well stocked with the basics for your stay including towels. For longer stays I would recommend you bring extra paper towels/trash bags. The location was felt safe and secure, and Alex was very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything and helpful.

He literally ruined our vacation !!
We came from cold weather and were looking to spend time with the kids enjoying the swimming pool. We didn't plan on going outside the house due to covid 19. We paid Alex in advance so we get the pool heated. He was supposed to start warming the pool 48 h prior to our arrival and this was the reason he charged us for the whole week. We got to the place and the water was freezing and unswimmable. The kids got extremely disappointed. We contacted Alex and he said the maintenence guy must have forgotten to turn the pool heater on. He promised that the guy would come in the afternoon to turn it on. The guy came for 2 minutes and left and we assumed the warming process had started. Second day the water temperature didn't get above 56 degree. We contacted him again and he said there might be something wrong with heater, We spent a tremendous amount of time trying to fix the problem by ourselves following the owners phone instructions. Overall the heating process didn't start until two days after our arrival and it didn't heat up until our last day because it takes at least 24 hours to warm up. Also theres a timer so it shuts off at 8 pm until 8 am to save on energy. Kids spent most of their time sitting around the pool waiting for water to get little warm. -There was water dripping from first floor bathroom ceiling, pool safety fence can't fully lock so its not 100% safe, drawers upstairs are not functional. There was trash cans full of garbage from previous renters Note: Alex gave us a partial refund from the pool heating fee but that doesn't compensate for our disappointment and the time and money we spent hoping to enjoy this vacation. -The game room is really just for show. The air hockey table has no airflow and didnt work and the pool table sticks were broken and couldnt be used. -Pay extra at some other property and don't be fooled by cheaper price.

The guests stayed only 3 nights. Unfortunately the weather was extremely cold for this time of the year. Pool heat was on however we cannot guarantee pool to be warm if temperature dips below 50 degrees Fahrenheit and this is mentioned in the rental agreement. Guests broke pool sticks and didn’t tell us. We have extra sets put away. Air hockey was checked and runs fine. Also no leaks from the ceiling were found nor did the guests notify us about any such leak during their stay. The guests left a horrific mess that took 2 days to clean for which our cleaning crew charged double to clean. The guests forgot to mention they got free early 12 noon check in.

I recommend this property 100%. The owner is very quick in responding back to messages. The property is very clean and very equipped. Everything is within short distance. The neighborhood is very quiet. I went with my husband and kids and we all enjoyed the pool and house a lot.

would like to see a guest book with other shared memories. also paper products ie paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, salt& pepper. small essentials things you normally dont travel with. also the alcohol in the cabinet was not ours so it is still there. Thank You.

Great family vacation home!
Home was perfect for our large family’s vacation. Extremely clean house and pool. We paid for pool heat and well worth it for end of December. Grocery store is close by and it’s approx 25 minutes to WDW. We would rent this home again. Owner responds quickly to questions.

Perfect
Our family really enjoyed our time here. The property is in need of some basic upkeep, like fixing the blinds and screens around pool, but any rental property takes a lot of wear and tear. We aren’t super picky so it was absolutely perfect for us. The owner is quick to respond to texts and is very helpful and friendly. While staying here, we went to Disney, Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach. It’s a perfect location and not too far from the things my family wanted to do. I highly recommend this property and hope to be able to come back again!

Perfect for a young family
House is approx 20 mins from Disney, and a 10 min walk from local shops, bars and places to eat. Neighborhood is safe and easy to walk around in. House was very family friendly, children loved the rooms. Have stayed in this area a number of times, and would certainly rent this property again.

Everything was fantastic! House was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our group. Loved the themed rooms. FYI: Read your agreement carefully. Due to a tragedy, we had to vacate several days early. Zero flexibility in regards to refunds in our situation. Bummer. Despite having to leave early, the property is fantastic.

Great House for our Family
We were very pleased with the home. Plenty of room and space for our family of seven. I would give the home 4 stars, but the owner and service 5 stars. The carpet was a little dirty (maybe to be expected) and there were some crumbs on the main floor when we arrived. Not a huge issue. In speaking with the owner, he had the cleaning service there right away, and it was resolved. Water pressure in showers was a bit lacking also. We are spoiled with fantastic water pressure at home, so maybe this is not that much of a concern. Location was real good for us. Less than 30 minutes to WDW, and close to shopping and restaurants. Pool was nice. We paid to have pool heated during our April stay. Minor issue with the heater, but again within hours, the owner had taken care of it. We would certainly recommend the house. My daughter forgot a bracelet on the kitchen table as we left for the final time. We spoke with the owner, and the next day he had the bracelet shipped back to us. We would give the house an A-, and the owner an A+.

The home is beautiful in a safe quiet neighborhood. The location is good with eateries and grocery stores near by. About 30/40 min to Disney or Sea World depending on traffic . We loved the home and would def stay again. Alex was very prompt and professional with our rental we had no other problems or need to contact him during our stay.

Great place for Groups/Families
The property is as advertised! Disney themed rooms which were certainly a talking point during our trip. We were a group of junior golfers (and Coach) while doing a camp at the community golf course Highlands Reserve. The house has plenty of space and open areas which becomes ideal if the group wants to be together, or in a room by themselves! The pool and lanai are south facing and experience lots of sunlight. Dealing with Alex was always professional and he was very quick to respond to any questions I had about the property. Should the schedules align for 2018 I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thanks Alex!

Perfect for my large family
Great house for a large family with children. After a long flight and long drive from the airport. Coming to the house was such a relief. Plenty of room for each of the kids to find their own space as well as have fun together. All the cooking utensils were definitely helpful for our big meals we cooked. I should have got the pool heated as recommended by the owner, since the Florida weather while we were there, was quite chili. So many good things about the house, I don't have time to list them all. I would definitely rent this property again for our next florida trip.

Great place for a family holiday
We had a lovely two weeks at the villa at the beginning of May 2016. There were 7 adults and 2 children, and we had plenty of room. The lay out of the villa suited us fine, the children loved the themed rooms. The pool was a great size, glad we paid for the pool heating. Highlands reserve is a great area to stay, supermarket and takeaways very close to the villa. We had a few questions that we emailed to Alex while we were there, and he answered very promptly.

Wonderful property in an ideal location
Our family stayed at this beautiful Villa for 2 weeks, in April. 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children (5, 8 and 9). The villa is beautiful, just like the photos. There is plenty of space, and if you are looking to book this property for your holiday don't feel you have to pack the full wardrobe - there was a washing machine and a dryer (both worked a beauty!) , enough towels, bedding, beach towels, anything that you need is provided, and I felt like at home during my stay. The location is perfect - close to Disney (15 minutes by car) - there is a Publix and an Italian and Chinese take away only a walk away (safe walk with the children) - a Walmart only 5 minutes drive away. The bedrooms were spacious, all with their own wardrobe - the living spaces were so big and comfortable, we only ever used one of thoseas it was perfect for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked, there is everything that you need. DVD players, Playstation (not that we ever used it) - a beautiful swimming pool, south facing as advertised - and enough space in the swimming pool enclosure for plenty of "al fresco" dinners. The reserve itself was beautiful - very quite, we have never even noticed having any neighbours. I couldn't recommend it more than I have done already with anyone I know that is looking to go to Orlando. The home was beautiful ! My girls loved their rooms.
Every thing we could have needed was provided. The property management staff was friendly and helpful. They fix an issue we had promptly and effectively. Our vacation was perfect. We will definitely be staying hear again and have told many family members and co workers about the property . Its close location to Disney and well established eateries is a plus. Had a blast . 5th bday vacation
The house was very spacious and had enough room for us, 5 adults and 6 kids! However, we had to rewash dishes in order to use them. The closet doors were broken so we had to live out of our suitcases. The tub in the master suite wasn't properly cleaned, so was did not use it. We made the best of our 8 day vacation. This property owner needs another management company to handle his/her home!

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and for your advice. My apologies for the issues you had with the dishes etc. I only wish we were given a chance to correct them during your stay while you were there, as you did not communicate this to me or to the management company during your stay or even after. If we don't know what is broken we can't fix it. The management company is always happy to help guests with any issues there may be. Thank you for choosing our villa.
