Be away from it all...and near it all! Your villa overlooks a private conservation area. You are minutes to Disney World and all Orlando has to offer.

Enjoy the 2 Master Suites with premium bedding. First, the Marry Poppins King master suite is appointed with a luxurious Tempur-Pedic mattress, providing the ultimate comfort. The Beauty and the Beast room is equipped with a Queen bed with Kingsdown bedding. No matter what room you choose, you will wake up relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the next adventure! Some rentals see bedding as secondary but we feel, since a good rest starts your day, that it is a primary concern.

Two elaborately themed bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, round out the bedroom accommodations. The young and young-at-heart guests will enjoy the Disney inspired Frozen and Dalmatian bedrooms. Your children will love and remember this home for years to come.

Finally, a queen sleeper sofa bed with memory foam mattress is available in the family room to allow the villa to sleep up to 10 people.

The villa is well equipped for families with small children. Child Safety features include door alarms, child proof patio door lock, stair gates, cordless blinds and patio/pool door alert. and pool safety fence. In addition, we have strollers, high chair, crib, and a Pack N Play all for your convenience and use during your stay.

Additional amenities include a gas grill (at no additional charge), a Star Wars inspired game room and so much more.

For your security, the home includes a professionally monitored security system, pool safety fence, Ring video doorbell, Ring security camera over driveway to project vehicles, and the community is monitored by private security patrols. (Note: For privacy reasons, no other video/audio recording devices are on the premises)

The Disney World Main Gate is about 8 miles away and less than 3 miles from I-4 providing easy access to all Orlando area attractions. But one of the best features of this villa is our private pool/spa with a conservation view!

There are grocery stores and fast food within a mile of the home. Additionally, there is a nice selection of restaurants in nearby ChampionsGate and additional restaurants and shopping (including Walmart) on Highway 192 and at Margaritaville just a few minutes more.

The villa is the ideal place to be to enjoy vacation time with family and friends as well as make memories to last a lifetime.
