Amazing place!!!

Fantastic place to stay! We had the 6 bedroom house and it had so much more than we could have wished for. The kids loved themed rooms (especially the Harry Potter one). Planned to go to Disney on our first day but the kids loved the pool so much we spent the whole day there. My only regret was that we didn’t book a longer stay. We’re now in Orange Lakes for a week and all I keep hearing from the kids is that they want to go back to the pool home!

Very nice property however they don’t provide the address until 4pm. The location was 45 minutes from Orlando! One of the TVs did not work. I could not control the air past 75! It was hot in that house! Thank god for the very cold pool! Also had to pay $70 for WiFi disguised as a resort fee!

This property was nice and the pool was great. We didn’t know we had to supply our own toilet paper and soap. A heads up wound have been nice. The pool table was a nice surprise. Any issues we had we addressed quickly (broken shower and toilet) and washing machine problem. There was a safe but it was not available for use.

Vacay 2018

Our stay in the home was nice. We enjoyed the amount of space that was available inside and out. However, we did have to do some cleaning before we bathed or ate. The bathtub in the main master had specks of something in it, and the shared bathtub upstairs had hair in it. The dishes that were available was all in need of cleaning because of a grimy feeling on them. The house also has a pool table and other things set up in the garage, but the garage is not conditioned and smelled horrible. This was disappointing because we all were looking forward to enjoying that space, but we avoided it because it was so horrible. Our last night in the home, out vehicle was broke into. This is not the fault of the home, and we did feel it was a safe neighborhood, but cameras at the home would have been nice. Over all, the home is very beautiful. There is enough space and places for everyone to enjoy their time. The pool is very nice and we enjoyed relaxing there. The patio with the pool was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

This home was perfect for sharing with other families. Convenient to Disney and lots of things in the local area too. Look forward to using again next year.

The house was nice however they did not communicate that you need your own toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc. You also ste responsible for washing their towels, emptying the trash and pay a cleaning fee. If we do all the preliminary work like load dishes or. Wash dishes, strip the beds, do laundry, empty all trash, what did I pay the cleaning company do? There is no early check in as they stated they could do. However the owner did let us check out late no charge on the last day. There were a few damages like railing, game tables, and table on patio. I liked property but wish there was better communication

A reserva foi efetuada , porém não havia o endereço definitivo - a empresa Emerald América tem um pool de casas. O check in é às 16 horas, muito tarde, particularmente para quem chega nos voos cedo pela manhã. Solicitei um early checkin mas não consegui. Tive que pagar mais US$110 dólares, uma diária, para entrar na casa às 10 h da manhã. A casa fornecida ficava dentro de um condomínio fechado, o que é muito interessante do ponto de vista segurança, mas muito distante de quase tudo: entre 15 e 20 quilômetros dos parques de Orlando. A casa estava muito suja,aparentemente tanto a parte superior da geladeira quanto a parte superior do micro-ondas nunca foram limpos!! tivemos que lavar todas as louças. A cortina da sala de estar/almoço estava sem todas as lâminas, não podia ser fechada, assim como a cortina de um dos banheiros, faltava um pedaço. A casa tinha 6 dormitórios. Portanto supunha-se ter utensílios compatíveis com a utilização por 12 pessoas. Havia duas panelas pequenas e algumas travessas de vidro. Os abridores de latas não funcionavam - usei um canivete para abri-las. Mas o mais grave foi o checkout. Um senhor bater à porta às 9:55 para saber se sairíamos às 10. Dissemos que estávamos 98% prontos. O senhor, agressivamente nos disse que iria nos cobrar uma nova diária se não saíssemos. Ficou na porta, enquanto fechávamos as bagagens. Ele disse que estava ali perdendo seu tempo, que deveríamos sair imediatamente. Constransgedor. Nunca mais alugo dessa empresa.

Worst Vacation Home Ever

That house doesn’t meet the standards of a vacation home! Very bad quality of the furniture, everything so old and used, also there is no management of cleanliness of the property neither the conditions of it, it’s not fare to say, we don’t sleep in the house, let us know what is wrong or your needs, the minimun for everyone is that the place is clean, the bulbs functioning, the towels are clean, smell clean and obviously are in using conditions not super used, decolorated and in the worst conditions, also the linens, this is yhe first time I received a house in this conditions, I always rent a vacation home when I come to Orlando and there was nerver something wrong, al the detaisl were taken care off, but this time, I will never have a vacation with Emerald America Homes, my first and last time with them... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Poorly maintained

Start off by mentioning the ants at door ways and in the garage of the vacation home. This rental came with a pool table and foosball table which were poorly maintained. Pool table was filthy. Garage overall was very untidy. Bathrooms were filthy. Mildew and mold build up around perimeter of shower and tub, dirty shower floors, dirty faucets, and shower doors. We ended up buying Lysol to disinfect all bathroom surfaces and even the kitchen counter and faucet as well. Management should check these things before booking. Pool area is enclosed with a mesh which is great, but some areas of mesh were torn leaving openings for small lizards to come right in. We saw little lizards on many occasions while trying to enjoy the pool. Bedrooms were okay, however there was an extra room we did not need that had a spec of what looked like an old blood stain on the sheets. Why would housekeeping not see this? My kids stayed out of that room. The sliding door leading to pool area was out of service. There was a sign up saying to not open. We had to use a door that was in a bathroom which lead to pool area. The lock on this door was not in proper working condition. Bottom lock would not lock,we had to depend on the top lock which could easily be picked from the outside. Big safety concern. Management needs a lock Smith out there ASAP. I would NOT recommend Delux Pool Homes By Emerald America to anyone. Poorly maintained properties which makes for a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

The villa was very clean and comfortably accommodated 8 people. The pool was and excellent place to cool down after long hot days in the parks. The only thing the villa lacked that I would have liked was a BBQ or grill for a spot of outdoor cooking.

They don't have hair dryer and toaster, also swimming pool was not so clean. Windows does not have shades for sunlight. The house was located 35 minutes from the airport. It's not what supposed to get according to my reservation.

30 minute drive to Malls, parks, etc.

We got the final address of the rental on the day we arrived itself. That we didn't like, because is was at least a 35 minute drive to all the fun locations like International Drive, the theme parks and not to forget shopping malls and popular restaurants. We would have appreciated something more close by. The house is perfect, clean, secure and quiet overall. Every Tuesday you will be disturbed early morning by lawn mowers however. All the issues that we had, were taken care of within a short time. We guess that the price and location matched. We were not dissatisfied. It is great for large groups or families.

2017 Graduation Disney Trip

We thought the house was beautiful. It was so spacious that all 3 families had their own space. The kids loved the pool and game room. The only downside to this home was that the air conditioning system just did not cool the house sufficiently.

A l'arrivée, le personnel au bureau d'accueil est très efficace et aimable! Merci à eux! La Villa est juste incroyable en dimensions! Préparez vous a être projeté dans vos séries américaines préférées!! La piscine et le jacuzzi sont propres et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. Ce qui pose problème c'est la propreté dans la villa. Au premier regard il semble que tout soit clean. C'est quand on commence a marcher les pieds nus sur la moquette ou sur le sol de la cuisine et des salles de bain qu'on se rend compte que le ménage n'est pas vraiment fait entre 2 clients. Les enfants avaient les pieds noirs en étant juste allé porter les valises dans les chambres à l'étage. J'avais demandé a ce que l'on se déchausse à l'arrivée car moquette... :-( Encore des poils dans les douches et beaucoup de saletés sous les lits, entre autre des morceaux de chips et de gâteaux. On vous demande 165 US Dollars à l'arrivée pour les frais de nettoyage et d'établissement, ce n'est pas justifié compte tenu du manque de propreté! Cependant, je le dis franchement, je louerai à nouveau une villa dans ce style mais peut-être avec une autre compagnie qui portera plus d'attention à la propreté des locaux... Je ne vais pas payer 165 dollars pour faire le ménage moi-même à mon arrivée une nouvelle fois!!!!

It was very nice! I wish the appliances were a little newer and that someone left us some dish soap and washing machine soap. Other than that, everything was very nice.
