We just vacationed there there in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. So, of course there were things that were out of the owners control, but did definitely affect our stay. We had no access to any of the clubhouse or community amenities during our entire stay, such as the pool, bar, fitness club, etc. Thankfully, there is a pool and hot tub on site, and the property managers were very attentive to our needs. The biggest complaint I have is that the pool and hot tub never did get warm. We received mixed explanations from managers and owners. One said the filter was very dirty, so was changed. One said that the pool only heats up 1° an hour, and that it would take time. However, when we are told we will have a heated pool and hot tub for our stay, that’s what we expect on arrival, not four or five days into our trip. We had to have the property manager come out multiple times along with a third-party pool guy to try to fix things. It never did fully heat up even seven days into our trip. These are the things that you notice when you are quarantined in a house on vacation. The WiFi also went out several times, making it hard to use Netflix in the movie room. Again, we were quarantined, so you begin to rely on these things to make your vacation a successful one. Overall, a fine place to stay considering the circumstances.
