The Space:

Soft Florida breezes drift across the patio as you step outside, the gentle splash of the private pool inviting you to linger beneath steady south‑facing light. Mornings can unfold beside the heated water, while evenings melt into the warm glow of the hot tub or the quiet of the upstairs loft. Inside, themed rooms spark imagination for younger guests, and spacious living areas give the whole group room to unwind after a day at Disney, SeaWorld, or Universal.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers six bedrooms for up to fourteen guests. Downstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mickey Mouse room provides two full beds, and the Queen en‑suite room includes a queen bed with its own bathroom. A second queen bedroom offers a quiet retreat. The Rustic room is fitted with a bunk bed—a twin over a full—while the Avengers room holds two twin beds and a trundle, perfect for flexible sleeping needs.



Indoor living

Two living spaces let you spread out. The downstairs living room is ideal for gathering after theme‑park adventures, equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. The upstairs loft offers a relaxed spot for reading, movies, or quiet downtime. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals at home. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, hot‑water kettle, coffee maker, cooking basics, and full sets of dishes and silverware. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to enjoy each meal, and a BBQ grill on the patio adds flexibility for group gatherings.



Outdoor living

Step onto the south‑facing patio to find a private pool with optional heating, a hot tub, loungers, and comfortable patio furniture. The pool area invites slow afternoons year‑round, and the private entrance with free parking makes arrivals and departures effortless.



Community access

Located in the ChampionsGate community, you and your party can enjoy a water park, amenity center, clubhouse, and nearby golf courses. Major highways, shopping, dining, and Orlando’s top attractions are all within a short drive.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
