Master Suite (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and large closet.

Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2): Two twin beds.

Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2): Two twin beds.

Additional Sleeping: Queen sofa bed in the front lounge.

Sleeps up to 10 guests in total.

South-Facing Pool: Overlooks peaceful golf course views.

Pool Heating: Optional for $35 per night, minimum $175 for shorter stays subject to tax. Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $40 activation fee. Heating recommended October–April.

BBQ Rental: A propane grill can be delivered clean and ready for an additional fee (grill not included in standard rental).

Pet Policy

Well-mannered pets are considered with prior approval.

$150 per pet (under 30 lbs, maximum 2 pets) for stays under 14 nights.

Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM

Minimum booking age: 21 years old (young families welcome).

Guests must provide within 24 hours of booking:

Valid ID selfie

Names and ages of all adults

Signed rental agreement

Payment card verification (if applicable)

Occupancy limits apply 24/7. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours after 9 PM. Smoking not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations follow the published policy at the time of booking. Any eligible refund is processed promptly, minus the non-refundable 3.8% merchant processing fee retained by the bank. This ensures refunds are handled securely and transparently.
