Step outside to your private screened pool and spa, where you'll enjoy complete privacy—no rear neighbors! Whether you’re taking a refreshing dip or lounging poolside, this outdoor space is perfect for making sunny Florida memories. There's a removable safety fence for families with small children.

🛋 Comfortable Living Space:
The main living room features a large sectional sofa and a big flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors connect the living area to the pool deck, making it easy to blend indoor comfort with outdoor fun.

🍽 Fully Equipped Kitchen:
*The bright, modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up family meals or quick snacks:
*Seating for 8 at the dining table
*Additional seating for 4 at the extended island
*Stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and coffee maker
*Bakeware, flatware, utensils, and dinnerware all provided

Game room:
The garage has been transformed into a stylish game room with pool table, airhockey and game console.

Ground floor:
*1 bedroom with King bed with en-suite bathroom (toilet, single vanity and in-tub shower
*1 bedroom with King bed with en-suite bathroom (shower, bath tub, double vanity and separate toilet with access to the pool deck.

Second floor
*1 King bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, double vanity and separate toilet)
*1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds – great for kids
*1 bedroom with a Bunk Bed – fun and functional for younger guests
*1 bedroom with 2 Full beds – ideal for teens or siblings (shares bathroom with King)
*1 bedroom with King bed

All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.

💡 Guest Access & Assistance:
Guests have full access to the entire home, except for the locked owner’s closet. We’re available both in person or by phone should you need any assistance during your stay.

We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.



🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

-No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated

-No guns

-No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund

-No Parties or Events

-Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests

-Lead guest must be present during the entire stay

-Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening


🔥 Pool/Spa Heat:
Optional pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day.
