Välkommen till vårt hem i Regal Palms Resort and Spa.

Vårt hem är rymliga, ljusa och rena och har kvalitet inredning hela. Du kommer att njuta av bekväma möbler, modern inredning och fullt utrustat kök. KURO TV är i varje rum och vi har en BluRay DVD-spelare och gratis hög hastighet trådlöst internet samt gratis långväga ringer inom USA och Kanada.

Vårt hem i Regal Palms har två sovrummen, båda med eget badrum. Två tvåbäddsrum dela den tredje badrummet. Alla rum har platt-TV, minne skum madrass Tops och är vackert inredda.

Vår söderläge bakgård erbjuder en uteplats, bord och stolar en gemensam BBQ att njuta av den vackra Florida vädret.


Du kommer att älska Regal Palms Resort, med dess två Acre Resort Pool komplex, komplett med Lazy River och vattenrutschbana.


Det finns två pooler, en strand Entry poolområde för de små, Hot Tub, Lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, Tiki Bar, Biljard, klubbhus och vid poolen Middags, Bar, Hälsa & Skönhet Spa, gym / Fitnesscenter, Barn Makeovers och Hår flätning, Banana Jacks Indoor Playground och Arcade och 24 timmars reception.

Den exklusiva Gated Resort har skäl som är frodig och väl manicured. Orten är väl omhändertagna och alltid i monter skick.

Tvärs över gatan från Regal Palms är Highlands Reserve Golf Course, och i plaza ut framsidan finns en Publix livsmedelsbutiker och apotek, Applebee s Resturant, Pizza Parlour, brittiska Pub, Bank, ATM, vårdcentral och mer. Walmart Super är 3 miles upp vägen.

Vårt läge är stor. Vi är 8 miles från Disney och centralt beläget till alla sevärdheter i området och shopping. Kust stränder på båda sidor är en kort biltur (1h, 15m). Det finns så mycket att göra att du måste komma tillbaka år efter år för att uppleva allt!

There were instructions to help with wifi passwords, trash disposal and dishwasher instructions. Loved there were televisions in each room, plenty of towels, utensils and cookware were plentiful. We also loved that there was a Keurig machine.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The tubes in the downstairs closet were a pleasant surprise when we found them. Good location for getting to the parks. Not a large shared living room if planning to stay with a group but great for 4 adults.

For the most part we loved the place. The beds are comfy and there were lots of extra pillows and bedding so we were comfortable. The kitchen/house had most of the things we needed. The original listing said there was a BBQ and a blender but they don't have these items. There is supposedly a community BBQ but they are not gas BBQ's. There was some initial confusion regarding our check in and miscommunication about how to contact the property manager. However, it was easy to contact the host and any confusion was sorted quickly. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again and enjoyed our time. The pool facility is lovely.

The pool facilities were wonderful. My kids had a blast. The property was mostly clean. We had an issue with a mystery brown smudge on a duvet and it was a little dusty overall. One day after coming back from the pool a stranger was in our unit without notice claiming to be the property manager. After phoning the property owner we were able to confirm it was indeed legitimately the manager but it was unsettling to come back and find a stranger in the unit.

The home was exactly as described, very convenient for a family visiting the area and much more cost friendly than hotels. The resort itself was just ok, my youngest enjoyed the lazy river and water slide however, the arcade room is extremely outdated and several of the machines did not work. There was a mix up during our check in, the front desk clerk put us into the incorrect unit and we're not informed until we were unpacked, this was a slight inconvenience but luckily I was contacted about the error before we got too settled in. Overall I thought this was excellent value and would stay here again. Our host Linda was very responsive and provided accurate information.

We just spent a week at this property and it was everything and more! The house was clean and perfect for the 5 of us. Could have easily had more people staying without feeling like we were living on top of each other. Also The beds are super comfortable which was a great plus, I usually don’t sleep well unless I’m in my own bed but I didn’t have that issue here. Check in/out was easy and all the staff were very friendly. The amenities at the resort are just as described. Pool/lazy river area is where we spend the majority of our time. I will say tubes/floats are not included for the lazy river so we did have to buy a few, next time I’ll just pack them. The bar/restaurant on side is convenient and not overpriced. I didn’t realize the resort wasn’t walking distance from the property, we had to drive up there. But by no means was that a deal breaker. If we were traveling without the kids maybe you could walk it but with the little ones it would have definitely been too far. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a low key get away just to hang by the pool or for a place to crash after busy days at all the parks. We did one day at Disney. My kids are young and more than that would have been too much for us. But the drive there and back was only about 25min each way. We will definitely be back!

Nice gated community

This is a cute house and was pretty clean. The only thing I noticed that could’ve used some extra attention was around the windows and back door way but it was not terrible. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag were provided. This was an easy fix as we just bought a small bag of tablets, small package of TP ,since we were staying a week and a small box of Walmart garbage bags. The only 2 things I would say were annoying and was of no fault of Linda was that since this is a gated community whenever we would DoorDash after about 9pm we would get a text from the dasher they could not get in as there was no one at the gate. The number to call the front desk is a process to get through and our driver ended up waiting quite a while sometimes. This happened multiple times during our stay. The other thing is more of an issue with regal palms, the pool area is not watched very well and starting on Friday until Sunday there were some very wild kids in the pool and I ended saying something to them as they were huge kids rough housing and wrestling next to me and my little girl. I think the resort should handle this kind of behavior properly. Linda was great, always answer all of my texts and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed with my 6 children ages 8, 16, 17, 18,18,18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The space was very comfortable, beds were comfy and fans are provided since the ac cannot be turned below 72.

Awesome respite after park days.

We were impressed with the layout of this home. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out. Having 2 "master" bedrooms and 2 kids rooms was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, and the amenities at the clubhouse were awesome as well. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhome

Beautiful gated community that was easy to access. Gorgeous home. Very clean and easy to keep clean with a family of five staying there. Great options nearby to get groceries and then cook in the home. Plenty of space for everyone.

5 Star Stay!!

This place is great! My 3rd time staying here. It really is a great price for what you get. Neighborhood and pool area is nice and stores/food very conveniently located. Beds are comfortable and the home is updated and in good condition. Linda is great to work with, I look for her places as she owns one other property in the development. Only complaint is it is a bit of drive to anything. Traffic has gotten worse over the years so it takes longer to get to the parks or to the beach. Just plan accordingly, with traffic it’s about 1 hour to attractions and the beaches on the golf side is about 2-2.5 hours. The beaches on the Atlantic are a bit closer, but to me they aren’t as nice.
