I deeply regret this experience and want to make sure it doesn't happen again. I am in the process of investigating with my team what happened, because we never got any message from you, we were only aware of the situation when we were informed by Hotels.com that you were relocated. We called them and tried to understand what happened and reverse the situation and they informed it was not possible anymore.
