The open plan layout of this four bedroom, three bathroom home will appeal to a variety of guests.
The entrance lounge is the first room to greet you with seating and a window looking out over the pool deck.
To the left is the formal dining room that seats six guests.
To the right is the master bedroom, King-size bed, wall mounted tv, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom.
The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need if you choose to cook, counter top seating for 4 people will be the perfect place to chat.
The second lounge is at the back of the villa and has two three piece sofas and once accent chair, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the south west facing pool which has seating and loungers. The yard is fully enclosed with a vinyl privacy fence.

Bedroom One - King bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted tv, walk in closet. Ensuite Bathroom, Large bathtub, separate shower, 2 sinks.
Bedroom Two - Queen bed, ceiling fan, tv, closet.
3rd bedroom - Two twin beds, closet.
4th bedroom - Two twin beds, closet.
Family room - TV/DVD/ Ceiling fan, books, pool access.
Bathroom two - Bathtub with shower over.
Bathroom three - Walk in shower.
Luxury Pool which can be heated for an additional fee. Baby pack and play, high chair, stroller and car seat. Garage converted game room with ping pong table. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Free wifi, breakfast nook seats 4, dining room table seats 6. Central heat & air, Off street parking for two cars.

Pool heating can be added for an additonal $35 per day.
