  • Detta 6 sovrum, 5 badrum, pool hem ligger i Solterra Resort i Davenport, Florida. Det ögonblick du går in i foajén kommer du att känna dig som hemma. På första våningen hittar du ett kung sovrum med TV och fullt badrum precis vid korridoren. Inköksköket är en kocks dröm med gott om diskutrymme, en enorm ö som har plats för fyra och fullt utrustade med krukor, stekpannor, tallrikar med mera. Det vackra matbordet i trä har 10 bekvämt plats. Familjerummet har två fullstora soffor med en väggmonterad 4K-TV med surroundljud. Du kommer inte kunna få dina barn ut från första våningen barnens lekrum som innehåller krita väggar, lek kök och mått. Och inte att du vill, men den extra stora tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren hjälper till med att hålla dina kläder rena. Ingår: doftfritt tvättmedel och torktumlare. Det finns ett "hemligt" Harry Potter-rum som ligger precis bakom köket. Låt oss se om ni barn kan hitta det. På övervåningen hittar du ett loftfilm med retrostil med 4K-TV och surroundljud. Det finns två kung master sviter som ligger på övervåningen med vackra privata badrum och TV. Det finns också en drottning sovrum med TV och tillgång till hallen badrummet. Barnen rummen är helt enkelt fantastisk. Star Wars tema pojkar rum har en tvilling över full våningssäng klubbhus och tee pee. Tjejerummet med baseboll och blommor har en tvilling över full våningssäng klubbhus. Barnen delar ett badrum i hall i full storlek. Utanför finns en skärmad i pool med badtunna. Om du föredrar att äta ute finns det ett vackert väderkorg för alla väder med plats för 8. Och fyra solstolar för dig att arbeta med din solbränna. Ingår är en stor CLEAN propangrill. Poolen och spa-värmen ingår också i din hyra.

    Det gated Solterra Resort har ett klubbhus som innehåller ett komplett gym (löpband, elliptiska, viktmaskiner) men låt oss vara seriösa, du är på semester. Det finns också en liten lekplats, pool i resortstil med vattenrutschbana och en badtunna. Ta ett rör och sväva ner den lata floden. Det finns tennisbanor och en fotbollsplan (fotboll) också. Sedan kan du koppla av och äta och dricka i poolen vid Cafe Sol Bar & Grill.

This home is incredible, spacious and clean. Nicely appointed and well stocked with home amenities. I can’t say enough about the host she was wonderful very patient and kind her timely response to questions and concerns was beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Family Stay At The Sunshine House

Great house, great host. Plenty of room for 7 Adults and two toddlers to spread out. The resort amenities were way to get to. Resort pool was amazing. Loved our time here.

A great stay, would go back again

What a great property, this is all that we needed for a getaway with our 5 and 8 year old. Plenty of space, great access to the on-site resort, and a quiet respectable community.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! Everything is very nicely set up. The kitchen has almost everything you could think of, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and there are endless bathrooms. There are multiple places for gathering in a group -- a living room, a dining room with a large table, an outdoor table, and a home theater upstairs. There is even a small playroom, which my 6-year-old nephew gives his stamp of approval. Entering the resort is easy, the house is simple to navigate to, and we had no issues receiving deliveries from DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Instacart. There are several grocery stores nearby. The host is very attentive and quickly addressed the minor issue that arose during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very comfortable space for their Orlando trip.

The home was exceptionally clean throughout, the rooms were accommodating and well stocked. The the pool and hot tub was well- heated.The owner was attentive and available through our 9-day stay. Our family enjoyed every inch of the house. The children loved the designated play room, pool area and entertainment center. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation place.The resort location was great. If we had available vacation days, we would have definitely extended our stay. Fun for the whole family!

Close to all of the theme parks and adjacent to a wonderful community facility with pool, water slide, lazy river, tiki bar and activities this a a great family place to stay in Central Florida! Our 3 generation family of 9 was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the pool, theatre, play room and all of the other amenities this 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home has to offer!

Not too close - not too far!

Amazing property from the resort amenities to the house amenities. The distance was the perfect travel to Orlando, cocoa beach, and even Clearwater. The owner was helpful and responsive. Our next family vacation we will be booking with them again!

Great Experience

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our group of 11. Our host was always a text away and very hospitable. Since the main pool was so crowded due to the holiday week, we hung out on the back porch in the private pool and hot tub. I highly recommend the sunshine house for a no worries getaway!

This house is perfect. You can’t go wrong with it. Plenty of space and the upstairs is massive. The place is extremely clean and they include a lot of things most places don’t like detergent.

Family Getaway

What a perfect home for a larger family get together. House was immaculate and fun for the little ones, the heated pool was so welcoming, the Resort area exciting (but a little loud on Saturday afternoon). We had lots of room to spread out but great spaces for gathering - especially the kitchen and dining room and great room. A little far to places in Orlando as the traffic on Hwy 4 is crazy most of the time. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Amazing Villa provided by an exceptional host

We have just returned from staying in this property and can honestly say we agree with all of the positive reviews. The house is beautiful and so clean. All the essentials are provided too which is a really nice touch. Veronica was great, always on hand to answer our questions. Location was great too, less than 5 minutes drive from Champions Gate/I4 and less than 10 miles or so to Disney. Highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic house, great location

The house was larger than expected. Great facilities and well stocked. The pool was warm and clean. Veronica was very responsive. The resort was an added bonus and great location for all the attractions. Good local shops and restaurants, and food delivery services. We would certainly go there again and have no hesitation recommending it to friends. Fantastic holiday with lovely memories.

Great all around experience and location

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. The property location is close to everything we wanted to do (Disney, Legoland, etc.) and just a walk across the parking lot from the community pool. The house was as advertised, clean and very spacious. Make sure that you plan around traffic and try to avoid going in or out at high check in times on Friday/Saturday evenings.

Once you get past the traffic, which is really unavoidable in such a high-demand area, a time will be had! The resort is well-maintained and the layout is very good. This particular property is in excellent proximity to the resort amenities. This was a 'home-away-from-home' experience! We planned to have to account for the home not being stocked, but it was. Extra bath towels, beach/pool towels & floatables, kitchen wares, laundry materials, large refrigerator & freezer section, ample counter space & cabinets, large island/peninsula, plenty of seating, spacious bedrooms... The host is very responsive & accommodating. The property is well-preserved & inviting.One con to be aware of is the parking in the club house area. Especially if you're arriving at night, since GPS automatically routes you to that parking area, which looks like general parking. The warning of a tow is posted, but on an opposite end, which undoubtedly has been missed by plenty of visitors. So, fyi, find the front street of the property you're visiting & utilize the driveway 1st, then the marked areas on the street.
