** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Our family of 28 stayed at this property for one week, and unfortunately, the condition of the home fell far below acceptable standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.Upon arrival, we encountered serious sanitation issues, including dried vomit in multiple areas, debris such as pills and a needle on the floors, and a bathtub filled with standing, used water. We had to clean immediately upon check-in.There were also numerous maintenance and safety concerns, including missing or non-working door locks, a broken TV, unusable game tables, and damaged patio furniture. Major appliances were not functioning properly: the dishwasher was broken, the oven door would not close, and the refrigerator failed to keep food cold, resulting in spoilage. The dryer also stopped working, and a technician later noted a dangerously clogged lint trap.The home was inadequately stocked for our group, with limited towels, no extra sheets, and minimal kitchen essentials. Cleanliness remained an issue throughout, with debris found around the home and even cockroaches in kitchen cookware.Sleeping accommodations were uncomfortable for several guests.A July 2025 review mentioned many of these same issues despite the host stating they were resolved. This was not the case.Overall, the home required significant effort just to make it livable. We do not feel it meets acceptable rental standards and recommend further review for guest safety

Unfortunately, our recent stay at this property was far from what we expected. The house is in noticeably poor condition and clearly hasn’t been well maintained in quite some time. There were scratches and questionable stains all over the walls and floors, as well as gum embedded into the carpet. The so-called "game room" was completely unusable. Air hockey is literally broken and lopsided and pool table has a huge tear in the felt that makes it non-functional. A lot of the locks don’t work on the doors as well (bedrooms and bathrooms).Basic essentials were also lacking. Not every bathroom had hand towels, and there were no oven mitts in the kitchen. We had to use a bath towel to handle hot items. One of the beds had no comforter, just sheets. Another bed had a flat sheet knotted together to make it into a fitted sheet. Upon arrival, we found 2 pairs of goggles and multiple chunks of hair in the pool (yes, it’s as gross as it sound).. which tells me it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. The water was also very cloudy, and left yellow stains on any of our white bathing suits. We were traveling with a large group and were especially disappointed to find that the pictures do not accurately depict seating at the dining room table. There were 6 less seats in person than pictured. We later found 4/6 chairs outside being used with the outdoor patio furniture, which was all chintzy and mismatched. Property has potential, but would not rent again in this condition!

Storey Lake Rental

Upon arrival, the home looked just like the pictures online. Emily was very helpful and great at communications prior to and during our stay. There were a few items that I felt needed attention, that were not dire nor impacted our stay, so I communicated those with her so they could be addressed prior to the next guests. Overall, the home was in a good location for us, easy to get to and had quite a few accomodations at the club houses. We only used the small club house that is across the street from the back of the house. We were there for a volleyball tournament so we didn't spend a ton of time at the house. There are very little "extras" here. For example, no playing cards, games, pool toys, etc. so plan to bring your own. The pool is small, but we managed to use it almost daily (when it wasn't raining). They list a hot tub but it is flush with the pool and the water was the same temp as the pool so I would not plan on soaking sore muscles there if you needed to. Overall, I would stay here again, the house was VERY spacious and we had 13 people stay and there were several beds/rooms that we didn't use at all. Emily did a great job with our reservation and was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs.

Home was great

My family and i agreed to return, the home was great. My family of 28 stayed for 9 days. We enjoy the home, the location, community center and the nice quiet neighborhoods. Stores for shopping was close, we loved that. Towels, dining and cooking untensils was on hand did not had to worry about that. We enjoyed our stay in your home and we will return.
