A beautifully presented vacation home with spacious accommodation arranged over one floor only. This well loved, cozy home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your vacation. There are 4 bedrooms, making it possible to sleep 8 people comfortably.

Outside, there is a large, covered pool deck with dining table and chairs together with a lovely, private covered swimming pool and separate spa (Both can be heated for an extra cost).

Reunion Resort is a private, exclusive gated resort only 20 minutes ride to Disney.

Loved it. Would stay again!

Fantastic house in a nice area. The house was super clean and had the best stocked kitchen for equipment we've experienced. Usually kitchens carry just enough cooking gear to get by, but not this place. Lots of fresh linens/towels and very comfortable beds. The pool was nice and met our needs. Might be a bit crowded with a larger family. Location can't be beat. Morning runs and evening walks in a beautiful area. Close to all amenities. We tried booking the house for another trip before we left but it was already sold out.

Great Getaway

Beautiful place in peaceful neighborhood if you need to relax and recharge . House is maintain perfectly and very clean. great communication with property manager and very smooth check in. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants and all the attractions . If we will be coming to Orlando again this is the only place we will stay . I highly recommend it .

Lack of Support During Hurricane Milton

While the house matched the listing and photos, this review is about the lack of support from the host during an emergency. We stayed from 10/5/2024 to 10/12/2024, during which Hurricane Milton developed and headed toward us as a major storm. Multiple Hurricane Warnings and alerts were issued, advising us to have a plan and supplies. We were staying with two small grandchildren and needed flashlights and other essentials in case of a power outage. We searched the house for supplies and any emergency protocols (e.g., were the windows safe? was this a flood zone?), but found nothing. We left messages for the host asking for flashlights and received no response. The only communication was a mass email asking guests to secure outdoor furniture. We had no way to secure large patio furniture, and the host later suggested we bring it inside—an impossible task. We tried to buy flashlights, but stores were sold out. The security gate was left open, and guards were gone until after the storm. Concerned for our safety and our grandchildren’s, and with no assistance from the host, we left for safer accommodations late Tuesday night. VRBO refunded their service fee. The host refused to refund the remaining days, stating they aren’t responsible for hurricanes. While true, they are responsible for basic safety and emergency preparedness. We won’t rent from Orange Vacation Homes again.

Such a great place to stay!

The house was absolutely amazing! It was just me and my wife but for families this place would be awesome too. Nice pool and outdoor area. Great bathroom amenities, nice living room. The neighborhood/resort or whatever it is considered (Reunion) was so nice and clean! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Orlando!

Nice, but toasty

The place was beautiful and spacious as advertised. The neighborhood was nice and conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. We enjoyed that part of our stay. The only negative was that the AC wouldn’t cool below 73 and that was at night in the wee hours of the morning. During the day, especially when cooking, the indoor temp stayed around 78. The note on the wall stated this was the expected range so it’s not likely to change. They could have provided box or table top fans to help circulate the air. Bring your own if you stay here. The ceiling fans only had one speed and they were turning the wrong way for summer.

Great house

We were very pleased with this house! It was very clean, comfortable and stocked with plenty of towels, blankets and they even provided hand soap for every bathroom! We would definitely rent this one again!
