This is a mixed review for me. The house is a beautiful house, it’s in a great area, the neighborhood felt safe, it was spacious and the layout was great for our big family. However, the other reviews about cleanliness are very accurate. There were some sticky spots on the floor, bathrooms weren’t clean. Small bugs and hairs in the tub/showers. Couch could use a deep clean, linens smelled clean but they had debris like lint and such all over them. The pool was dirty, filled with debris and algae and looked like it might not have been cleaned well for a while now. The screen on one of the panels is torn almost completely open. It feels like a shame. This could be such a great rental if the property was maintained better. Again it’s a great house and great layout, just really needs a solid deep clean and some love. We were doing a shorter Disney trip and just needed to find something that held us all and this did that job.

House needs a deep clean

Not clean: There were small ants in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Long black hairs and mold in master shower. Master bath stocked with a half roll of toilet paper for our 9-night stay. Someone's dirty clothes and underwear stashed under single sink in master. Convenient location in nice neighborhood... with a deep clean thus would be an attractive property for Disney-goers like us.

We requested the house have a thorough cleaning. When we arrived it was late and the house was not very clean. We spent the next two hours wiping the floors and surfaces with clorox wipes, there was fecal matter on the bottom of one of the toilets and a questionable brown smudge that was not dry behind the door to the master bedroom. Some smoke detectors were missing, the pool had leaves in it, the screen door to the pool area was not locked, and the screen itself was torn in multiple areas. We did not feel comfortable sitting on the furniture and the the blinds on nearly all the windows were each missing at least one slat, so there was no feeling of full privacy. One of the sliding glass doors going out to the pool area did not completely close, and there was black mold or stains coming out of the air vents on the ceilings.
