An additional full bathroom is conveniently located and not attached to any bedroom.

This space features a 55” Samsung Smart TV, a PS5 console with controllers, a foosball table, a dartboard, and stylish sports-themed décor, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, play, and enjoy quality time with family and friends.
While this condo does not include a private pool or grill due to its second-floor location, you may find your favorite spot to be the private balcony, complete with comfortable seating ideal for enjoying a peaceful sunrise or a beautiful sunset after a day of adventure
