The Space:

Warm Florida evenings, movie nights in the home theater, and afternoons spent between the pool and game room set the tone for your stay in Four Corners. After a day exploring Orlando’s theme parks, settle into the backyard hot tub, gather around the dining table for a relaxed meal, or stretch out in one of the two living rooms with your favorite show playing on the flat-screen TV. With space for large groups to spread out and reconnect, the home balances shared moments with quiet places to unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features 9 bedrooms across two floors, offering a mix of king beds, queen beds, bunk beds, and twin beds for families and groups traveling together.



Downstairs, Bedroom 1 includes 1 King bed and Bedroom 2 includes 1 King bed. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 features 1 Bunk bed, twin over full + trundle. Bedroom 4 offers 1 Queen bed, while Bedroom 5 includes 2 Bunk beds. Bedroom 6 has 1 Bunk bed + 1 twin, and Bedroom 7 includes 1 Bunk bed. Bedrooms 8 and 9 each feature 1 Queen bed.



Living spaces

Two separate living rooms provide comfortable gathering areas with flat-screen TVs and seating for group movie nights or quiet evenings indoors. The home theater adds a cinematic atmosphere with cinema-style seating, while the game room and pool table create space for friendly competition after a day out in Orlando. A sound system and Wifi are also available throughout the home, along with a dedicated workspace for longer stays or remote work.

Step outside to a backyard designed for easy Florida living. The pool and hot tub invite you to cool off during the day or relax beneath the evening sky, while outdoor furniture and the patio create a comfortable setting for morning coffee or casual dinners outdoors.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for group meals and extended stays, with stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces give everyone room to gather comfortably, whether you’re starting the day before heading to the parks or winding down after an evening out.



Amenities & convenience

The home includes air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer access, bathroom essentials, bed linens, hangers, self check-in with a smart lock, free parking on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger. Families traveling with young children will also have access to a Pack ’n play/Travel crib. Resort access is included during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Cleaning:

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. We ensure that our cleaning team maintains the highest standards of hygiene for a safe and comfortable stay.



Pool & Spa Heating:

If you would like to add heating for the pool and spa, please request it at least one week in advance. The cost is $35 per day, billed separately. Please note that during cold or rainy weather, pool use is not recommended. The pool is serviced weekly, but rain may temporarily affect water clarity due to debris.



Check-Out:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Our housekeeping team arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs may disrupt schedules and could result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home:

This property is self-catering, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. For your convenience, the following items are provided:

- Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads

- Kitchen: Paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included)



If any items are missing, please notify us upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.



Safety & Privacy:

For your security, there are cameras outside the property, none of which overlook the pool area.
