Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The pool is heated for a fee, the game room lights stay on late, and the Mickey Mouse and Toy Story bedrooms are already picking favorites before you’ve unpacked. This is the kind of Orlando area home built for groups who want everything in one place - splashy mornings, themed sleep, and a short hop to the parks everyone came for.

Living spaces
Two separate living areas give the group room to spread out. The family room centers on an indoor fireplace, a pull-out sofa bed, and a large Smart TV, while a second living room adds a 65" Smart TV for overflow seating when the whole crew wants in on movie night. Laminate-style flooring runs throughout the single-level home - no stairs to manage, which makes life easier for families with young kids or anyone hauling pool gear in and out.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite comes with a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, a ceiling fan, and a 57" Smart TV. Bedroom 2 is dressed up with a Toy Story-themed bunk bed for the younger travelers, Bedroom 3 goes all-in on Mickey Mouse with a queen bed, 55" Smart TV, and ceiling fan, and Bedroom 4 keeps things calmer with a queen bed, 57" Smart TV, and ceiling fan for whoever needs a quieter corner after a long park day.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for a group that actually wants to cook - stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a full run of cookware and dishes. A dining table seats everyone together, and barbecue utensils are on hand for anyone firing up the grill outside.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the ensuite off the primary bedroom. Both come stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a bidet, with hot water throughout.

Game room & entertainment
A dedicated game room keeps things lively with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style game console, a 57" Smart TV, and a ceiling fan - a solid option for a rainy afternoon or a late-night wind-down after the parks close. A home gym is also on-site for anyone keeping up a routine while traveling.

Outdoor space
The pool and hot tub anchor the backyard, with pool heating available for an additional fee - useful for keeping the water comfortable outside of peak summer. A patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill rounds out the space for grilling and relaxing between pool sessions. The property also has lake access via a nearby path or dock, and guests can make use of resort facilities nearby.

Families & little ones
This home is genuinely set up for families - a crib and pack ‘n play/travel crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, children’s books and toys, board games, and babysitter recommendations mean younger guests are covered without you needing to pack half the nursery.
