The staff was great! Patricia helped us on the phone before the trip and again when we arrived for an early check-in. It was beautiful, convenient, safe, cozy. Main pool was a little crowded, and beds were a little on the firm side, but overall loved it! Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Unfortunately I will never return to this resort. There was no cleaning service through the 10 days I stayed. The room smell like humidity and there are no vending machines anywhere. I traveled with a child 8 years old. There was nothing but the pool close by. All amenities read are just not what’s expected. I had to request a shuttle from my room to the restaurant or game room because nothing is close by. The shuttle to disney only goes to one location and that was a bit inconvenient. I had to pay uber on my way back because the only return is at 10:30pm. The staff never seen around except driving the caddy. Horrible experience. Never again

Great place to stay and relax. If it is your first time, be prepared for the standard sales plug and the full court press. The staff all seem to be aimed at you buying into the Hilton Vacation club. When you don’ buy in, they sure turn off the smiles and become super dejected. Now the rooms are great, they are wonderful little apartments that give you a full kitchen and some have laundry. The beds are comfortable and you are only a few minutes away from all the big Orlando attractions. The only downside was a three (3) hour loss of time based on a sales presentation.

Our family enjoyed all the hotel amenities with the pool being a favorite for my kids. The drive over to Magic Kingdom is less than 15 minutes and there are lots of other options within the same timeframe. We enjoyed our stay and most definitely will be back.

A propriedade é excelente. Muito ampla e com várias opções de lazer. O ponto fraco é a limpeza durante a hospedagem. Ela é realizada de 4 em 4 dias, mas só é feita uma arrumação ou seja, troca das tolhas e retirada do lixo. Falta uma limpeza mais condizente com o padrão Hilton.

The only complaint is that the pool closes at 10. It was always busy up until 10, and even an extra hour would be nice. Other than that this was our second year and plan on staying again next year!

I loved staying here! We came with the whole family and the resort made us feel right at home. The lady operating the front desk (Rhode Island Im sorry I forgot youre name) was the first sign our vacation wasn’t a total loss after a terrible journey. Would have loved to stay even longer! 5/5. Would definitely recommend!
