Handicap parking was excellent and parking attendant was helpful with our baggage. The staff at the hotel were helpful and we were happy with our room.

Second time we stayed here when going to Disney. So close to Disney Sorings, shuttle to and from Disney parks. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room was great, pool was great!

We apologize you feel you did not get the room that you requested. In looking at your reservation you booked a standard room and we upgraded you to a pool view room with two queen beds.

Online, it indicated that you had a restaurant in the hotel and it was actually a very limited menu that you got from the bar, not an actual restaurant where you could order dinner. Also, you had a breakfast bar for $24.99, but you couldn't just order toast or a bagel. We didn't want that much to eat before leaving on the shuttle bus for the park. The staff was very friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable. We ended up ordering a pizza from an outside source for dinner one night. Free shuttle to the parks was a plus.

Luggage courier person was extremely, extremely professional (gentleman worked on Monday and this morning),and kind, other than that, from the time we entered the hotel we were met with daily taxes and exuberant fees that had not been mentioned during the scheduling of the reservation. The breakfast was $25.00 per person. No one human being eats that amonunt diring one breakfast sitting. No one in their right mind should be paing $1,400.00 a month plus maintenace gees and oher fees to stay at a resort once a year. Other than that we enjoyed the stay I seriously doubt if we would attend another stay and presentation at the IHG and Time Share Presentation...thank you

We chose this property because it was close to disney springs. We wanted to spend the day there. It was only a 15 min walk to get there so thatbwas fantastic! The pool was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again :)

We had 1 night to stay before checking into our Disney property hotel. This place was so nice and fit the bill perfectly. We were able to check in early because our room was available and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, lovely pool area and easy waking distance to Disney springs. I would not hesitate to stay here again for multiple nights.

Very close to Disney springs with about a 5-10 min walk. Clean room but dated. Was doubled charged for parking so look at your bill before you leave.

Building and rooms are clean. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney Springs. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool with warm water temperature. Nice free lemonade. Nice free coffee in the morning. Minor issues: (1) my room phone can never reach anyone at the concierge or room service. I always have to go downstairs to talk to someone at the concierge for services. (2) the body wash bottle was not replaced when empty. I had to go to the concierge for room service.

Great location, it is walking distance to Disney Springs, all of the staff from valet to front desk to restaurant and housekeeping were excellent and very accommodating. The pool was nice and big for a hotel. The rooms were also large and clean. This is an older property but very well kept and managed well. Enjoyed our stay and would return if I am ever in that area again

J’ai eu une ou deux questions pour le personnel à l’accueil et je n’ai pas eu l’impression que l’on voulait réellement m’aider. Aussi, la piscine est ouverte jusqu’à 23h et, de toute évidence, il est permis de crier, de mettre de la musique forte… jusqu’à 23h. La porte-patio de notre chambre étant très mal isolée, on entendait donc crier jusqu’à cette heure. Cela dit, c’est un hôtel où je retournerais sans hésiter. Il y a possiblement des chambres qui ne donnent pas sur la cour interne et donc sur la piscine. Je ferais la demande assurément. Tous les matins, café et thé sont servis gratuitement dans le lobby. Il suffit de se servir. Tous les après-midi, de 16h à 18h, limonade et biscuits sont également disponibles gratuitement. Les lits sont confortables et les produits offerts dans la salle de bain sont de marque Dove, incluant de la crème à main. À une dizaine de minutes de Disney Springs et, dans l’autre direction, à moins de vingt minutes de boutiques de souvenirs plus abordables, d’un Burger King et d’un Denny’s, entre autres. Dans l’une de ces boutiques, vous trouverez des petites peluches de Michey et compagnie pour une fraction du prix de celles de Disney Springs, par exemple, et des repas pour enfants à 5$… Si le budget est plus serré ou si on veut prendre congé de la foule de Disney Springs, ce secteur est très intéressant.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is a great value as it is a Disney Springs Resort with early entry and free shuttle buses to the park that departs and returns hourly. Walkable distance to the Disney Spring shopping and restaurant area and also short driving distance to outlets as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Disney Springs for our trip to Disney World and we couldn’t have been happier with the Hotel! From the friendly staff at the front desk to the manager overseeing breakfast in the morning and the work housekeeping did refreshing our room everyday! The entire staff made us feel welcome, safe and comfortable! I highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn and taking advantage of the shuttle service with Fabulous Buses for your trip to the happiest place on earth!
