Our 14BR Vacation Villa located at Solterra Resort can accommodate 30+ guests. Reservations of 5 nights or more will receive free BBQ Grill/Propane Rental! We just completed a 1,200 sq ft Marvel/Avengers Ultimate Game Room and Home Theater. Escape Disney for a day and spend time at our amenity filled Resort. Guests love our kid and family friendly homes with plenty of king beds fresh linens and many amenities. We proudly offer a flexible cancellation policy!

About 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will receive a Registration Packet from us that will provide you with critical information required to prepare you for your Central Florida Vacation. This is also the point where we will register drivers and guests at the resort and you have the option to heat your private pool/spa throughout your stay.

After you have completed your Registration Packet and returned it to us, you will receive an "Arrival Packet" that will provide you with critical information required to prepare you for your Central Florida Vacation. The forthcoming communications will include all the information you need to check in, access the house, parking logistics, property management contact numbers and enjoying the Solterra Resort amenities.
We just purchased this Sprawling Disney Vacation Villa can host more than 30 guests. This upgraded vacation oasis includes a screened, private pool/spa, themed game room, home theater, themed kids bedrooms, 2 laundry rooms, an oversized, modern Chef's Kitchen and oversized kitchen island, 2 refrigerator/freezers, 2 dishwashers, inside and outside dining for dozens of friends and family members. Your Vacation Villa is a destination itself!

This is our 6th Disney Property and we just completed a massive renovation of our 2nd Level Avengers Game Room and Home Theater. We know you and your guests will fall in love with this newly renovated feature!
