The Space:

With two clubhouses, including access to the brand-new Retreat Club and the popular Oasis Club, you’ll enjoy everything from poolside hammocks and waterslides, to a lively pool bar, kids’ splash areas, and even on-site dining and restaurant delivery. After settling into Jungle House At Championsgate, tee off on one of two Greg Norman-designed golf courses, relax in the European-style spa, float the 850-foot lazy river, or make a splash at the resort’s wave pool.



When you arrive, step through the door into your own jungle-chic paradise, where earthy textures, natural wood accents, and tropical decor create a warm and welcoming vibe. The open-concept living room features an oversized grey sectional, wrapped in rich wallpaper and custom jungle-themed artwork—perfect for movie nights on the smart TV with cable. The kitchen is sleek and modern, outfitted with white cabinetry, gray stone countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Just beyond, the dining area invites you to enjoy meals around a table for six, with large windows overlooking the pool, framed by vibrant decor and greenery.



Head upstairs to the loft, where a massive black sectional, smart and cable TV, oversized bean bag, and a built-in desk-for-two turn this into the ultimate movie-night-meets-workspace lounge. Don’t miss the game room, an Avatar-inspired hideaway with air hockey, a Pac-Man arcade machine, and its own smart TV. And outside, your private screened lanai is pure magic. A hot tub spills into the sparkling pool, and a shaded patio offers seating for 14—including 2 cozy swings, a grill, and a custom tiki bar where you can mix tropical drinks while the kids splash in the sun. This home comfortably sleeps 27 guests in 7 private bedrooms and 2 twin size beds in the game room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, and an ensuite bathroom, also accessible via the hallway, with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen size bed, and an ensuite bathroom, also accessible via the patio, with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds, patio access, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, shared with Bedroom #5.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #4.



Bedroom #6 includes 2 twin size beds, a queen size bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #7 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, also accessible via the hallway, with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Home does not have an ice maker or filtered water.

• Driveway and street parking for 5 vehicles available, parking pass required.

• 2 portable cribs and high chair available.

• Optional pool heat is available (recommended during the winter months), for $29 a night. 48-hour notice is needed to ensure the pool is properly heated, and if requested must be for the full duration of the stay.

• Grill rental optional, for an additional $95. 48-hour notice needed. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the entryway and actively monitoring the front foyer exterior.

• All guests aged 18 and over must be registered in advance in order to access the Champions Gate community.
