There are also traditional board games and an XBOX games consul with games.

KITCHEN & BREAKFAST BAR
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a quick snack to a full family meal. It also has added extras like a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, 8 Qt crock pot and USB ports in select areas! There is a breakfast bar area with 4 bar stools too!

LAUNDRY ROOM
There is a full size washer (two sachets of laundry detergent) and dryer, iron and ironing board provided.

LIVING ROOM
Spacious open plan living room with two sofas, 50" TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the pool area.

POOL AREA
Everyone's favorite, is the large South facing pool spa/hot tub. Enjoy al fresco dining for 6 under the sheltered area with ceiling fan. There are 4 sun loungers with an electric awning for shade (controlled by you).

THE RETREAT (UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM)
Upstairs is a second living area with a huge sectional sofa and arm chair for watching the 50" TV complete with remote controlled ceiling fan.

Solterra Resort is a gated community which boasts an enormous zero entry pool, jacuzzi, a corkscrew water slide, and lazy river. There is a stunning clubhouse for you to relax in with computers and printers should you need to conduct any business on your trip. There is a snack bar/grill that serves lunch, snacks, and beverages. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the pool after golfing or taking a break from the parks.

We offer some items to get you started on your stay with us. In order to replenish your needs during your stay there are multiple options nearby.

The villa is located in Davenport, which is 12 miles from Disney and close to other parks and many golf courses! When you are on your way you will pass through Champions Gate which has grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. It is a beautifully laid out area. About 4 miles from the villa is Posner Park with stores such as Target, Starbucks, a movie theatre and several other shops and restaurants. Plenty of spots for any additional needs you may have during your stay.

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 10 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. There are 2 designated spots in from of the villa and any further will need to park in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will be prepaying for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.
