Detta hem är väl inrett och har alla nödvändiga saker för att göra din familjes semester perfekt. Huset har 5 sovrum, 5 badrum och gott om plats för att bekvämt sova 10 gäster.

När du kommer in i hemmet på bottenvåningen ser du ett drottning sovrum med ett badrum över hallen. Den andra våningen har 2 King Master sviter och det finns ytterligare 2 dubbla sovrum utrustade med takfläktar och kabel-TV.


Den formella matsalen som rymmer 8 gäster och det finns en extra matplats för 4 i köket. I vardagsrummet finns 5 med en platt-TV.

Köket är fullt utrustat med dubbeldörr kylskåp, spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Det finns en kaffebryggare, brödrost och en vattenkokare om du föredrar te till kaffe. De flesta köksredskap finns och det finns gott om tallrikar, glasögon, koppar och bestick. Tvättrummet ligger också i garaget så att du inte behöver resa för att städa dina kläder!


Du kommer att njuta av många lata dagar på den stora Screened Pool Deck med vår uppvärmda pool och spa (Pool Heat - Ytterligare $ 25 per dag plus skatt).
Det finns gott om sittplatser som är perfekt för morgonkaffe medan solen stiger, solar eller bara kopplar av och läser en bok medan barnen plasker runt i poolen.

Great stay

The property was great everything was just as advertised my only issue was there wasn’t enough bath clothes in the house to accommodate the 8 guests that was there also when we tried to get a late checkout we were given the run around and there are a total of 11 wasps nest on the home they were not a issue but they could become one other than that everything was as expected will Definitely stay in this home again

Good location for Disney Parks

The villa is in a great location for all Disney Parks m with a no more than 10-20 minute journey (traffic dependent, and what time. If day you leave for the parks) Great size swimming pool for those days that you want a bit of a chill from running around the different Orlando attractions. We had a couple of minor issues (internet wifi code and AC not working up-stairs in the house) but have to say Natasha from the local team resolved them quickly and efficiently, these things can happen and in my experience how quickly they are dealt with is always important. I would certainly give 5 stars for communication and handling of the problem locally. The Villa is a great size for large families or a couple of smaller families and certainly plenty of space for everyone. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived, with plenty of towels, the Bathrooms had small toiletries in them to get you going until you got to any of the 3 local super markets stores (public 5 mins, Walmart 7 mins and Target 10 mins) to get any bigger shopping items. The Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, cups etc. The swimming pool area has plenty of beds, chairs and table, (small note the jets for the outdoor tub need to be turned on from outside of the covered area next to all then pool pumps etc). We had 3 weeks at the villa and we had some concerns about staying due to some negative reviews ( we booked the villa before any reviews) so I have written this based on our experience and not what others might have experienced! Yes the villa does have some furniture that is tired and past it’s best........but if your in Orlando to do the theme parks (Disney, Universal etc) then if you’re like us your time in the villa will be to either eat, swim, sleep etc then it will be more than fine and this won’t impact your vacation / holiday.

Worked Well for Our Needs

This property worked very well for our needs. The house seems to have been cleaned since prior reviews and issues addressed. Although I would agree it needs a new coat of paint and the dark blue carpet shows everything. The beds were a bit hard, but after long days at the park, we all seemed to sleep just fine. And there are 5 bathrooms. One is located off the pool patio. I do wish there were floor mats outside of each shower. We almost had a really bad accident when my son slipped and fell getting out of the shower. Also, a head's up . . . bring supplies with you. They only give you one of everything: towel, trashbags, toilet paper roll, etc. We had to make a quick trip to the store to finish off our trip. The pool was wonderful, and the kids enjoyed it very much. Overall, we felt it was worth the money we paid and enjoyed our stay.

The carpet was extremely dirty. The beds were hard as a rock. The garage disposal was broken so the sink smelled. There were stains on the walls, carpet and bathroom. The house had 4 bathrooms not 5.

It was ok.

House needs to be cleaned better, we vacuumed the carpets ourselves. Grill was out of propane so we couldn't grill our steaks. Overall it was ok kids enjoyed the pool. House just need to be better cared for needs a deep clean and fresh coat of paint.

ATTENTION ~ The main issue for our stay was flying in late from California and not seeing the signs or have had time to read the binder. 8 of us staying in this rental. We parked one car in front of the house on the road. Woke up to head to theme parks ~~~ Car was gone. After calling 911 and them having a cop show up to report a stolen car come to find out our car was towed due to it being in the road in front of the house. After paying a hefty bill to get car back the day was ruined to be able to even enjoy the theme parks. Make sure you park in garage or in driveway. I suggested that when they send you address and codes for the house that they should put in the email as well about parking and towing it could save a lot of people time, money and aggravation. We had some other small issues but property manager took great care of those situations and the remaining vacation was good.
