Gorgeous & Bright Luxury Home. Enjoy this Spacious Six-bedroom / Six-bathroom featuring Private Swimming pool, Spa, Game room and much more. The ideal vacation spot for large families and groups. Modern large open floor plan, beautifully designed with plenty of seating around easy for entertaining large families and groups. Fully equipped kitchen with slate appliances, quartz countertop and bar stools. Large sitting living area downstairs and the upstairs loft to rest on the large sectional sofas to enjoy movies and popcorn time. Another great area is the Game room with air hockey table and foosball table.
*Laminate floors in bedrooms and tile floors throughout - No Carpet.
The outdoor space is truly Amazing! Big private pool with bubbling jacuzzi, outside bathroom, outside table with chairs and sun loungers to enjoy and relax. Privacy pool screens - No neighbors view from the backyard.

Downstairs you will find a King size Master Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom, Laundry room with full washer and dryer and a spacious Game Room. Upstairs, you will find Five bedrooms and Four bathrooms. A King size master with attached bathroom, Two bedrooms with two queen size beds and two delightful theme bedrooms, Mickey Mouse themed room with 2 bunk beds all twin size, and a second Harry Potter themed room with two double size beds.
Perfectly located in the desirable Champions Gate community with access to the Oasis Clubhouse with plenty of Amenities from 9am - 9pm located about 2 miles away small drive from the house or you can use the free resort shuttle from home to the amenities.

Swimming Pools, Water slide, Lazy River, Splash park, Tiki Bar, Tennis and Sand Volleyball Courts, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Game room, Playground, Quiet Pool, Restaurant, Private Air- Conditioned Cabanas with Private Services, ATM.
With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities. You will be able to enjoy of several events throughout the month.
Guests will have access to the whole house, private patio, pool, jacuzzi and also can enjoy all the amenities at the amazing Oasis Clubhouse, lazy river, water slide, swimming pool, quiet pool, game room, gym, restaurants and more. Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house.

In the heart of central Florida, the city of ChampionsGate is located as the main tourist and commercial destination of Orlando where you can find excellent restaurants, bars, shops, businesses and more. Very close to Disney World, ESPN, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and to all Central Florida’s major attractions, easy access to Highway 27, Highway 192 and I-4 and US-27 to get in a few minutes drive to Disney, Universal. Award-winning golf community, renowned instructors and international golfers have chosen ChampionsGate as the world headquarters of the Leadbetter Golf Academy.
- We ask our guests to verify ID prior to check-in.

- Parties are not allowed in the house.

- POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500.

- BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested at least 3 days prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.
- We have a Ring video doorbell at the front door. No recording devices are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.
INDEMNITY: By making this reservation the guest will indemnify and save harmless the Owner, the Management Company or Manager from any and all damage, loss, expense, claim, action or liability of any kind whatsoever, or however caused including, without limitation, a claim of any kind by any member of the Guest party. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

My birthday weekend.....

The property was beautiful!!!! The property manager and security guards were very nice. The check in process was quick and easy. There is no better place I could have spent my birthday weekend!!!
